"They were quick to respond with a fair quote upon request. They were reliable and showed up when they had arranged to be here. They went above and beyond to fix our fruit trees by making sturdy stakes to help straighten them. They cleaned all of the dead leaves and hauled away all of the trash. All of the trees and plants were pruned beautifully and they were sure to ask how I wanted my rose bushes shaped instead of just assuming what was best. They were friendly and hard working and did beautiful work! I would hire them again in a heart beat! Highly recommended!"

"First the company rep called to advise he would be here as scheduled. Max, arrived and listened intently to what I needed to have done as far as landscape & plants. In conversation I was telling Max, after he finishes I was going to add another irrigation line and French Drain. He offered to submit a bid to do the landscape, plants and do my labor of adding the irrigation line and French Drain. Max, requested an opportunity to send his plant expert to view the project. The next day Pablo, came in to offer his 25 plus years experience & knowledge. Both gentlemen were polite, knowledgeable, likeable and gave me convenience in mind to hire them even before I reviewed their bid proposal. May I add the work crew that came out on the job was a pleasure to have doing the work at my residence. The suggestions Pablo, made sure added real beauty to our landscape. We are getting great comments from neighbors and passers by. If you are looking for a company with experience, knowledge, politeness and fair price I recommend PNM Yard Maintenance. Bill R"
"D&D cleaned several large windows that enclose my patio. They did a great job at a very reasonable price. Many of my windows had hard water stains on the bottoms due to the lawn sprinklers. D&D did a great job on all of the windows. It rained a few days after the job was done and they came back and re-washed all of the patio windows. I would definitely rehire and recommend them."

Mudding drywall is a DIY-friendly project, but patience and practice are required for perfection. If you’re working in a highly visible area and want the best possible finish, hiring a professional drywaller is worth the cost. Pros have the tools and know-how to ensure a smooth surface with fewer sanding sessions and less cleanup.
If your home was built before the 1940s and was not remodeled in the past 50 or so years, you probably have plaster walls. Aside from assuming, there are some practical ways to tell if you have plaster walls, including the following: If you knock on the wall and it feels solid, not hollow, if you can’t insert a thumbtack easily, if there are cracks that look like spiderwebs, or if your home has curved, arched, or swirled walls, doorways, or window openings.
If you have an unfinished basement or attic, you could examine the backs of any finished walls to check, too.
Yes, if there is mold in your drywall mud and you then use it to build walls in your house—or if mold develops in your set drywall, like it can in hot and humid areas—it can lead to illness. Mold in your drywall (or other parts of your home) can make existing respiratory conditions or allergies worse, and the effect can be more intense for those who have existing health issues or compromised immune systems.
Venetian plaster is a highly durable wall finish that becomes a rock-like substance once dried, making it last longer than most other wall finishes. Its lifespan can range from decades to centuries, potentially lasting a lifetime. Key factors influencing its longevity include the quality of the initial application, whether it's properly sealed against moisture, and how the wall is maintained and treated (e.g., how often it is touched or bumped). Due to its mineral content, it can also develop a patina over time.
Professionals mount TVs using specialized tools and knowledge of different wall materials, ensuring safe support.
