All of the trees and plants were pruned beautifully and they were sure to ask how I wanted my rose bushes shaped instead of just assuming what was best. About half of our kitchen and half of the utility room had become bowed by water leaking under the floor from a water heater.  We discovered the water heater leak and replaced it, but were not aware of the extent of the problem. No one wanted the job!  It wasn't big enough for them. Ramon Acosta of D&R Services determined the extent of the damage and gave us a fair estimate. His team obtained the floor covering we selected and did a beautiful job of putting it down covering both affected rooms after replacing the floor itself.  There was also damage to a door jam that required additional structural work, which they also handled. They cleaned everything up and left nothing for us to have to do ourselves.

"First the company rep called to advise he would be here as scheduled. Max, arrived and listened intently to what I needed to have done as far as landscape & plants. In conversation I was telling Max, after he finishes I was going to add another irrigation line and French Drain. He offered to submit a bid to do the landscape, plants and do my labor of adding the irrigation line and French Drain. Max, requested an opportunity to send his plant expert to view the project. The next day Pablo, came in to offer his 25 plus years experience & knowledge.
