Beautiful job. My only complaints were with regard to the damage done to my landscaping, which Fernando did his best to address (he paid to replace one flowering plant that was trashed by hoses running over it repeatedly). But branches stripped of leaves and broken limbs on shrubs that were stepped on to gain height up to scaffolding, and spilled product over foliage on established landscaping is hard to compensate. I'm also disappointed with the cleanliness of the site when they left. I keep finding cigarette butts and bits of foam from the hard parapet cut-outs that were used, all around the yard as well as bits of trash from lunches, etc.. In fairness I did not complain to Fernando about the cleanliness of the site, I was just so glad to see them go - only because the process takes so long. The crew is super sweet, another reason I didn't want to complain. And again, the results are fabulous. But if you use them, be sure you have these things in mind going in, because you're going to like them and not want to do it once they finish.

Fernando is very easy to work with. He will explain in detail what needs to be done and they do the work as promised. They will not be the cheapest bid you get but the work they do is excellent. This is the second house he has done for me and I plan on using them again. The crew is polite and professional. At job completion Fernando will do a walk around with you to insure your satisfacion with the job. If you have any concerns he will address them promptly.

Fernando and his crew were professional, timely and did an excellent job of re-stucco. They removed all the light fixtures instead of taping around them which made the stucco look so professional! I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

Fernando was great to work with. He arrived for the initial walk through to discuss what we hoped to get done and talked about the different options he could choose from. His estimate was provided the next day and we were given time to review it, ask questions and make our decision within 5 days to receive a discount, which we did. We had friends who had used his company and based on the quality of work we saw at their home, and our initial meeting with Fernando, we didn't even look around or get any other estimates. He was the right choice!
We were able to start work the next week and his crew arrived promptly, began work and accomplished a great deal each day. They were polite and careful, even recovering our escapee dog and returning her. Repair work was done on the parapets the first couple of days, then the base stucco coat was applied and left to dry. Fernando or crew members returned daily during that time to wet down walls and help it cure evenly. Then the top coat was applied and parapet work completed. We were informed each day when the doors or windows would be covered, or if we would need to park elsewhere in order to get in and out of the garage. Fernando kept us informed of the status of the work and what would be done daily throughout the project. He was easy to reach when we had questions or needed to discuss anything, and when we found it hard to find viga covers, he went out of his way to secure them for us. We stayed with the same color stucco and it matched so perfectly that if you hadn't seen the work being done, you would never know....except the home now looks fresh and new, with a high quality finish. We had cracks from aging and patches that had actually fallen off on our south facing exterior. Corners were smoothly done, the front nicho repaired to drain well and the parapet work now brings our home up to current code. The entire project turned out to be a good experience and work was completed in about 14 days with 3 days lost to weather.
We highly recommend FBA Construction and even asked for an estimate for plaster repair work on our viga fireplace inside our home. After discussing what would be involved in that project, we feel confident in having Fernando do our interior work too.

After living in a new home that had been under construction for 4 years, it was nice to see someone come in with a plan and actually do what they said they would do. Fernando is available via email, phone and text. He typically returned calls within the hour. They took great care to not screw up what landscaping I had, they dismantled my garden planters and put everything back together when they were done. As they were finishing up, they power washed everything around the house to include the driveway. His crews were very polite, and always ensured we had access to our driveway and doors.
Fernando and his crew are very professional, reliable and dependable. I feel I got a great deal and highly recommend FBA to anyone that needs their home re-stuccoed or repaired.

F.B.A. Construction was not the low bidder, but they were recommended by a builder friend and they presented the best proposal for repairing my outside stucco finish. They provided quality work throughout the process and we are totally satisfied with the final result. We made a change in scope midway in the process and they adapted well to the change order. Fernando was easy to work with and responsive to our requests. Our only problem was lag time between phases, I would suggest that your contract contain very definite end dates for each phase. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

It took a couple of weeks for the total procedure of stuccoing, wetting, drying and coloring.added. It was amazing how the color matched the original color of the garage. The job was very professional, and I would definitely use F.B.A. Construction again.
