"The crew did the job, digging up and replacing 40 ft of main water line from the city line to the house, including installation of a pressure reducing valve. Overall COST was pretty expensive for labor considering the PEX tubing for the water line was the pretty much the only parts needed minus the pressure valve. I realize they go by a book that determines cost before work is actually done, though and I agreed to it. Kinda hard to get other estimates when you are in a pickle and need water in your home going asap during the holidays. Job got done and the 2 workers were nice guys. One complaint is I asked if there was a Veteran's Discount and they did include it but it was LESS THAN a 3% discount off the subtotal. Taking a star off for this and another for high labor cost."

Despite the fact that Lowes Delivery couldn't get their act together as far as my request that the installer pick up the hot water heater, Kenneth was flexible and understanding, and arrived on schedule to perform the install. "We absolutely love this place.  We've used them to service our swamp cooler and furnace in the past and also to replace our water heater and always had exceptional service.  When it came time to switch to refrigerated air, Glen (the owner) came out and thoroughly looked everything over, explained in detail exactly what would be done, and even talked me through what type of furnace we might want for the long-term as far as maintenance (and it wasn't the most expensive one).  We were fortunate enough to have acquired our own equipment and Glen was extremely accommodating in all aspects of this process.  Amanda was amazing and incredibly helpful in setting up the installation date and was so friendly, and Nathan and Richard were fantastic installers.  They showed up on time and NEVER stopped working.  I mean they never, ever stopped moving and they did a wonderful job.  Glen came back to check everything once they were finished, showed me how everything worked, and we were done!  If there was a problem, I never knew about it.  It was flawless start to finish and I was charged exactly what I was quoted.  We feel extremely secure that the job was done right and not only highly recommend them, but we'll definitely use them again.
