"Our water heater ruptured at 5 AM on Saturday morning. Our new water heater was up and running by 1 PM Saturday afternoon. Being Easter weekend we knew it might be a little more expensive, but the fact that we had the situation addressed in less than 8 hours was amazing. Kris is awesome!"

"I've worked with the team at Ortega for more than 5 years for projects at both my home and a rental property. Work has included installation of new heating/cooling package unit, water heater installation/replacement (2), evaporative cooler installation, and miscellaneous heating and plumbing repairs. "We were pleased with our air-conditioning serviceman, so we decided to call Signature for our plumbing needs. We have several faucets that needed replacing and our water heater was going out. David Garcia came to our home assessed our needs, he gave us options, a conventional water heater, perhaps a low boy would better fit the current ducting. But then he suggested a tank less water heater. We liked the idea of on demand water and no tank to worry about. David's installation was a thing of beauty, it was show room quality. David is a super hard professional with excellent plumbing skills. He worked until 9:30 one night and came back on his own time to make things right. He went above and beyond what was expected. He told us he would take care of us and he sure did. He kept us constantly informed and had a cheerful attitude even though a close family member was in the hospital. I would highly recommend David Garcia for any kind of plumbing job."

"The crew did the job, digging up and replacing 40 ft of main water line from the city line to the house, including installation of a pressure reducing valve. Overall COST was pretty expensive for labor considering the PEX tubing for the water line was the pretty much the only parts needed minus the pressure valve. I realize they go by a book that determines cost before work is actually done, though and I agreed to it. Kinda hard to get other estimates when you are in a pickle and need water in your home going asap during the holidays. Job got done and the 2 workers were nice guys. One complaint is I asked if there was a Veteran's Discount and they did include it but it was LESS THAN a 3% discount off the subtotal. Taking a star off for this and another for high labor cost."

"Long story short our water heater was still working. Someone had left a trickle of hot water run all night and it drained the tank. Two hours later we found out that we had hot water and the repairman didn't change us for the visit."

"Over the winter our hot water heater went out. We ended up purchasing a package for our home with very dated equipment: new hot water heater, furnace & removal of swamp cooler for air conditioning. They came out same day for water heater, we were up & running in no time. The remainder of the job was done in a timely manner. I was amazed by the quality of work. All winter we enjoyed our new furnace. Fast forward to today....they came out to test a/c for the upcoming summer since they couldn't test it during the winter. All is well and I cannot recommend this company enough."
