"Matthew Jaramillo did an excellent job replacing the gasket on my leaking home toilet. He found several other minor problems with the toilet and fixed those also. All in all he provided the best service of any plumber that I have experienced in the 55 + years that I have lived in Albq. Based on the rather many plumbers I have used during that time I would highly recommend NCB and especially Matthew for any of your plumbing needs."

"The crew did the job, digging up and replacing 40 ft of main water line from the city line to the house, including installation of a pressure reducing valve. Overall COST was pretty expensive for labor considering the PEX tubing for the water line was the pretty much the only parts needed minus the pressure valve. I realize they go by a book that determines cost before work is actually done, though and I agreed to it. Kinda hard to get other estimates when you are in a pickle and need water in your home going asap during the holidays. Job got done and the 2 workers were nice guys. One complaint is I asked if there was a Veteran's Discount and they did include it but it was LESS THAN a 3% discount off the subtotal. Taking a star off for this and another for high labor cost."
