I posted on HomeAdvisor on Thursday 7/29, Manny called me and came to my house within an hour, gave me an appraisal and I accepted it. Said it would probably be Monday 8/2 before they could do the job depending on the availability of the new equipment. But he called me back later that afternoon and stated that they had all of the equipment and would like to know if they could do the job the next day on Fri 7/30. I must say that Manny was very professional, courteous and friendly. No hard push to buy their service. He said the team would be at my house at 8:00 on Friday, and sure enough, 7:55 am they were there and ready to work. The two guys Luis and Miguel started the immediate removal of the equipment, and shortly there after David Nieto the owner arrived with all of the brand new equipment. The removed the old equipment refrigerated AC/furnace and water heater and installed the new equipment by 12:30. They probably could have done it faster had I not kept asking questions and interrupting their work...LOL The entire team was very professional, courteous and friendly. I highly recommend Black & Silver Services for your next Heating and Cooling needs. Also they cleaned up the work areas very nicely and hauled away the old equipment. Manny Heredia was very knowledgeable He gave me more information than any other company. I met the owner David Nieto. They were fast, efficient, cleaned up, and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend them.

I had another company come out, didn t check my system and tried selling me a new complete system for $10,000, Black and silver came out the same day checked out the system and said it was the condenser and it was a fix for. $260.00, not $10,000. He is very honest and professional and I would absolutely recommend him

We truly appreciated this company s immediate response. The owner was most professional, congenial and clearly understood what our mechanical need for a replacement was for our non-working unit. He was able to obtain a new unit quickly and the cost for the unit and labor was well below what we had anticipated. We are so glad we found Black & Silver and would definitely recommend them! They saved us from this scorching heat and we didn t have to break the bank!

Black and Silver removed our old swamp cooler and installed a complete new refrigerated air conditioning and heating system. David Nieto went over every detail of the project so we understood completely what would be done. The schedule was followed and work was of the highest quality. All workers were polite and thorough and we could not be more satisfied.
