The first time I asked about the $15 off coupon (see photos) and senior discount--I was told that the coupon expired. The second time I asked about the coupon/posted discount--I was told that they did not expire BUT they were not good for live trapping...see photo....THE COUPON SAYS $15 for wildlife or pest services! This company owes me $15 for the posted coupon & $34 for the 10% (posted) senior citizen discount!"

The before picture of my unit showed multiple dead rodents, nesting material, dirt, feces and urine from rodents. The after pictures showed a very clean unit. He replaced foil tape on the bottom of the unit and visually inspected the wiring; he did not observe any rodent activity (chewing through wires). I appreciate the promptness of the service call. He was very polite and knowledgeable about doing this work. I would most definitely recommend Bug Squash."
