We are a family owned and operated company that values honesty, integrity and stands behind our work. We offer over 30 years of industry experience. We specialize in roofing repair and offer a 2 year and 5 year warranty. Our services are customized to the individual project, paying close attention to the details of each project that we're involved with. We look forward to building long term relationships with our clients and guarantee your satisfaction!

"The representative quoted me $850. They sent an email with an estimate of over $700. I found another roofing company to do the job for $150, and they even caulked some additional spots on my roof for no extra charge. Belding Industries is way overpriced. I would not recommend them."

We do not manufacture windows or doors for homes nor do we use Insulated glass. Strafford Window Mfg. manufacturers custom wood windows for barns, sheds, stables, pool houses, cabin, porches and interior applications in the home. Our windows are made of all wood and single strength glass. Call for pricing on Tempered glass. Strafford Window MFG. manufactures Sashes, Transoms, Single Hung Window Units, Hopper Window Units, Fixed Window Units and Screens.

"These windows are solid, well built and look great. I will be ordering more for my house."

The requirement for building permits varies by location, but most building departments will require permits for any changes to the structural components of a home. They’ll also require them for changes to the plumbing, electrical, and HVAC components, as well as any permanent improvements to the land, including concrete patios or foundations for additions or outbuildings. You also might need permits for things like roof replacement and window replacement, depending on your local government.

Yes, an RV garage can add value to a home. In most cases, homeowners can expect to see a return on investment (ROI) of 65% on a new RV garage. This isn’t quite as high as a regular garage, but it still increases the value of your home.

Wood, steel, fiberglass, and aluminum are among the top building materials for a garage. Wood is highly customizable, naturally insulative, and durable in mild climates but can be expensive. Steel is lightweight, low-maintenance, and cost-effective, but it’s susceptible to rust. Fiberglass is low-maintenance and doesn’t shrink or expand in changing temperatures, but it can become brittle and crack from prolonged high winds and sun exposure.

Unlike steel, aluminum isn’t susceptible to rust and is low-maintenance, but its ultra-light weight makes it less durable than some materials, and it’s susceptible to saltwater damage, making it a poor choice for coastal homes.

A garage bump-out is a small addition that extends the size of the garage, usually by just a few feet. Homeowners might install bump-outs to store lawn equipment, sporting gear, holiday decorations, and more. Because you’re not changing the existing garage structure as much, a bump-out isn’t as expensive or labor intensive as a full-blown garage extension. Expect to pay around $1,800–$6,000 for 2-by-10-foot bump-out (and more for larger additions).

You can convert your garage into an ADU. You’ll need to follow local building codes to ensure your new unit is up to code. For the most part, building an ADU in an existing building is more affordable than building a new one. Even so, consider the condition of your garage before making a decision. Not all garages are in shape for a smooth conversion to an ADU, and renovations can add up in cost.
