PURCHASED FROM A TUFF SHED DEALER in ABQ, NM. So many exposed nails on inside from a ‘missed the stud scenario’. There is one area where the screw attaching the outside vertical component of the shed to the floor of the shed was not screwed in completely, an 1/4” space existed between the side wall and the floor. Every nail/ screw in the manufacture of the building is not redundant. This represents a compromise in the structural integrity of the Tuff Shed. These are the company’s policies. Both of their policies were not fulfilled in construction of my shed!!

We worked with salesman Eugene and scheduler Kerianne to put in an 8 x 15 Tuff Shed at our home in Eldorado, Santa Fe, this winter, 2023/2024. The installers were great, the service was terrific, and the shed is just what we wanted. Tuff Shed came when they said, they followed up in installation and were very easy to work with, even coming back to move the shed one foot closer to the house to meet our HOA requirements! Very happy with our shed and with the help we got from Kerianne and Eugene!

This past Fall 2023 we ordered our second tuff shed. This one was a lean-to shed. Just like the first storage building we purchased, everything worked seamless and easy from start to finish. Designing our building to meet our needs was easy online, and ordering the building was quick and easy. The two men that installed the shed were on time, and did an excellent job. We are very enthusiastic in our recommendation of Tuff Shed for your storage needs!!

We were impressed with the excellent communication throughout, the efficient work, and the positive, friendly attitude of everyone we encountered through Tuff Shed. We arranged everything through Coltrane long distance before coming out. We hadn't even seen the building site so lots of things were up in the air from our end. Coltrane was patient and had a "can-do" attitude through a number of changes and tweaks, and the necessary vagueness on our part. They delivered materials 90 minutes west of Albuquerque, and built the shed on-site on our unimproved land, the last 2 miles on dirt roads. The subcontractors Mickey and Eric were friendly, efficient, hardworking, and professional. We have a very bad dirt road leading to the site and they negotiated it easily with their rig. They built a sturdy, solid, secure shed in just a few hours, cleaned up, gave us a thorough overview of the whole job, and made sure we were satisfied before they left. We feel good about leaving our belongings in the shed between our visits to this site. We are thinking of having them build a larger shed that we can use as a "tiny house" while we are planning and building our permanent house. Then we will have it as a garden shed or guest house once we've moved in to our house. After seeing how well this all went, we would feel confident that we would be pleased with the results!

Easy, fast...WOW!

The shed was good, the problem is that they hired contractors to bring the shed in, and it is some contractors that Tuff Shed hires apparently, and they brought it her but they messed up on the roof. They brought it in late, and did a little bit of damage to it, which Tuff Shed ended up fixing, but they didn't put the shingles down correctly so Tuff Shed had to come and do that. Otherwise the shed is good. The guys who brought it were a bunch of kids and they were supposed to be here early but they came in late, and it was getting dark, so I had to put an extension code outside so there would be light. I told the guy from Tuff Shed that I was very unhappy, and he said that at one time they had their own people doing it, but they decided to hire contractors. They got it up and they didn't put the shingles correctly and they did some damage.The price was good, and the quality was good.

They called we they were on the way. They built the shed roof and all in less than 2hours really great job. Keep up the good work

Ordered it through Home Depot, they were having a special. Everything went as planned. The guys could have cleaned up a little better, but that was the only ding against them.

They showed up on time and they did a good job; it is a well-built shed. I am very satisfied with them actually. I am very satisfied with what they produced and it was done quickly and efficiently. They took about 4-5 hours may be a little bit more than that to put the shed up, and they did well. Overall, they were efficient. They were fairly professional. The came out a bit quickly, they built the shed efficiently, they built it well and I do not think that it is going to fall apart and they cleaned everything up and moved out. So it was a good job.

No problems, both construction guys really knew what they were doing. The took the time to answer any questions that we had and made sure that we were happy before leaving the property.

Went very well, I would use them again, and call Coltrane, excellent rep.

Quoting, ordering and arranging payment was more complicated then I would have preferred.
The installers were very professional. The work had to be delayed twice due to weather and they communicated well and rescheduled to my preferred times without issue.
The construction was done in the promised timeframe and looked very good.
I would recommend them strongly.

We are very very pleased with the company and the product and would highly recommend them. One caution is that TuffShed does not level the area where the shed is to be installed. We had that done prior to ordering the shed so all was ready when they came to install it.

We liked the sales person who helped us out and we liked how timely the work was and they did a fine job. They actually saved us money because by buying two smaller sheds instead of one larger one, we didn't have to go through a lot of licensing through the county.

They were really good. They came out when they said they would. They finished it in the time they said they would. When it was done we decided it needed moved and they moved it at no cost.

We purchased the building on a Sunday. The following Monday we were called to set up an installation date. That Friday they came and constructed the building on the property. A wonderful experience, great people to deal with, professionals who do exactly what they say they will do.

The sales rep made an appointment to visit the site prior to installation. He carefully measured the area, evaluated the footing for the shed and made recommendations. Also provided me the name of someone who could assist with leveling (difficult for me to do by myself) but did not and quot;pushand quot; this individual.
On the day of installation, the workmen called, arrived at the stated time and began work. We spent time discussing the placement and footing (I essentially live on a sand hill). They completed the work in the time they said (started at 0830, left at 1500). The building appears to be level and secure to the footings.
They were neat and professional. I would definitely use this company again.

After purchasing the shed, I arranged a time for them to come out.
A week later, the crew came out with the shed panels and parts on the truck, and put it together in about three hours. It was already painted the appropriate stucco color, and they shingled the roof, and slid it into place.

It's not exactly level-which I didn't notice till later. That's why the less-than-excellent rating in and quot;Qualityand quot;. If it were really bad, I'd call and complain, but it's bearable.

They came out to measure the building and to mark the placement. Then the backhoe came out and dug the footers, they put rebar in and poured the slab. The crew came out and put up the shed in 1 day - trusses and parts of walls were delivered already built. They put on the roof sheathing, the tar paper and the shingles in the same day. Then Windsor door put on the garage door. Instant garage! It really was painless and they did everything they said they would.

It went well from start to finish. Friendly salespeople who were not pushy. Friendly installers who got their work done and cleaned up well after the job was done.

It was fun, they put up the shed and it's still standing. They were professional, put up the shed, did their job, and left.

Overall, the experience went well. The technician was very nice and pleasant and made the entire ordeal fine to work with. The price was reasonable for the work done. There was an issue with the lock on the shed and they were incredibly prompt with fixing this issue. The shed is now four years old and it's still fine. I have two sheds and one of them was built by another company, and that shed is already becoming less sturdy, and it was more expensive than the one that was built by Tuff Shed Inc. They did a great job; I'm satisfied with their services.

Everything went perfectly. The crew was very professional, installation wen't quickly and they left the site in perfect condition.
