"I was totally awestruck by Mike's professionalism, knowledge and honesty. He was able to reassure me that my used computer is in tip top shape and has more memory then I even imagined. He was able to remotely get into my computer to check it out since he is in Arizona and I am in Oklahoma. Normally I would not have allowed this-but thanks to Mikes many tremendous reviews and A Grade I trusted him and do not regret it. In my opinion he deserves an A++! It's been 20 years since I have owned a desktop computer and I'm obviously not tech savvy! Mike did not take advantage of that and was even kind enough to share some info with me free of charge. I have already opened a file (in my filing account with his name on it)! I am making a list of things for him to help me with and will definitely be back in touch with him. I highly recommend Mike's company to anyone looking for an honest, reputable computer repair person."

"Brandon, the owner came to give estimate and assess what repairs may need done so he could send his tech with the proper supplies and equipment. Tech arrived as scheduled and did an excellent job diagnosing and repairing the problem."

"My old existing, 7 1/2 year old HP computer used Windows 7 and was running slow. At age 73, I was not looking forward to the learning cure required to learn Windows 10. on a new computer. Bob is a very personable. knowledgeable, seasoned, and extremely Professional computer guy. I believe him to be simply the best! One of my friends just this day informed me I wouldn't be happy learning the new Windows 10. It is a fact many older people resist change and I definitely fall into that category. Bob suggested, I save my money and allow him to clean up and tune up my existing computer. As a retiree, our computer is used primarily for on line banking, writing an occasional business letter, surfing the web, preparing our taxes with the use of Turbo Tax, and using You Tube to educate us. By using You Tube, we have been able to repair our ice maker, repair our microwave, chain saw and replace the headlight bulbs in my sons Honda. ( What a great tool it is) I would highly recommend Bob and his Company."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

Computer Repair questions, answered by experts

Slow performance, malware infections, and hardware failures are frequent concerns.

Yes, an arc fault is serious. Caused by damaged or overheated wiring, an arc fault can trigger a spark that can cause a fire. And because these fires often start behind walls, they have the potential to spread before they’re detected by smoke alarms. According to the Consumer Product Safety Commission, an estimated 50% of electrical fires can be prevented by using AFCIs.

Aim for a uniform, smooth joint to ensure a good electrical connection. If it looks crusty and uneven, your iron tip might be dirty or the joint isn’t hot enough. To keep the iron tip clean, wipe the tip with a damp sponge or brass tip cleaner when you spot black spots or rust to remove any oxidation and flux residue. Tinning the tip surface with a small amount of solder offers a layer of additional protection.

Common problems include clogged filters, low water pressure, and malfunctioning valves. Regular maintenance prevents many issues.

Maintenance costs depend on the features and equipment in your game room. Expect to budget for cleaning, occasional repairs to electronics or furniture, and potential maintenance or servicing of HVAC or electrical systems. Annual game room maintenance ranges from $100 to $500, depending on usage and the type of equipment.
