"Mr. Exparza came out and gave us a free estimate for parapet repair work
as well as interior drywall repair. We chose to have the parapet work
done by Blusky NM Drywall. Mr. Esparza was fair, super honest and
professional. Love this guy. His team came out and had the repairs done
within  two working days from beginning to end. All repairs were

(Recommend you have someone onsite to observe the application workmen to make sure they follow all directions and to comply with recommended application methods and conditions per City Inspectors and under Building Codes.) The estimate was provided on schedule and was complete so there were no surprise costs later.  The work was scheduled to be done about a month later, and that schedule was met.

Mr. Jensen and his assistant were careful to lay drop clothes to protect the floor from all the debris tracked in and out of the house.  They also cleaned up after themselves at the end of each work day so that the house did not feel like a work zone in the evenings.
