as well as interior drywall repair. We chose to have the parapet work
done by Blusky NM Drywall. Mr. Esparza was fair, super honest and
professional. Love this guy. His team came out and had the repairs done
within  two working days from beginning to end. All repairs were
completed as promised. This team was respectful, polite and courteous.
Also this team did a great job of matching the parapet repair work to

(Recommend you have someone onsite to observe the application workmen to make sure they follow all directions and to comply with recommended application methods and conditions per City Inspectors and under Building Codes.) "Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"Contractor keep appointment (even though there were 2 or 3 calls expressing confusion about time and day); installed the drywall and cleaned the area.   The drywall installation was not smooth and when textured looked amateurish at best.  Before I could paint I had to sand several areas and apply canned texture-not the most professional look but time was a factor.  the next time the wall is painted will require extensive prep work to make it look professional.
Good things: appointment keep; work was done as explained; no extra charges.
Not so good: Technician was not a drywall guy.

They did drywall texture and finishing work on a large ceiling, and it looks great. The drywall had a lot of gaps and imperfections and Luis’s crew fixed it perfectly.
