"If I could, I wouldn’t give them even one star. A terrible experience. The staff is extremely arrogant, and the customer service is seriously lacking. If you're looking for bad service, this is the perfect company. They take no responsibility for poorly done work, even though the contractors are part of their network. In the end, they just stole my money. I do not recommend them at all. Si pudiera, no les daría ni una estrella. Una experiencia terrible. El personal es sumamente prepotente y el servicio al cliente deja mucho que desear. Si lo que buscan es un mal servicio, esta es la compañía ideal. He showed up again on the dot and worked quietly and expertly within the confines of our HVAC closet. Completing the installation, he re-charged the system and tested it for leaks and cooling power. Two hot and dusty days later. The system is pumping out gloriously cool air. We would hire Cassal again in a heartbeat---highly recommended!"
