Advanced American Construction Inc.From the beginning we met George, the owner of Advanced American, and he was courteous and up front about the challenges we faced with this extensive renovation. This is a vacation home and we expressed to George how important it was for us to be able to trust his team to work on unsupervised other than occasional inspections. We felt comfortable with George and his honest assessments and decided to move forward with the project. He is the kind of contractor that will tell you from the beginning how much something will cost and not surprise you later with charges for things that were more complex than expected. He is very frank about what is required and how much it will cost in order to do a quality job. He does not cut corners and would rather not perform the work than do subpar work that will lead to issues in the future. He won't sugar coat the difficulty of the work needed and will not draw you in with a low ball quote only to double it on the backend. He is very knowledgeable home construction overall and his team can really take on almost anything. George always picks up his phone or returns calls as soon as possible. We left many valuable items in the home and ordered many things to be received by his team and not one item went missing or was damaged in the home. He stands behind the work and with minimal supervision completed the project and met all of our expectations. Professional ContractingThe first day, demolition day, they had all the old stuff out, and a new window in place. Second day, tile began going up in the shower/tub area. My wife wanted a niche built into the wall, and that was framed and most of that tile was in place. Up graded plumbing was roughed in. Third day, shower/tub area tile completed, including inside the niche. New, custom made cabinet/vanity was installed. Finishing touches on the shower/tub tile including grouting. Floor tile was installed and grouted. walls and ceiling painted. New light fixture installed. Fourth day, light fixture had to be relocated along with an electrical outlet. Vince did this and patched the wall and did touch up painting. Vince did an excellent job and we couldn't tell there had ever been holes in the wall, even though we knew they had been. Vince also did the painting, and even patched and textured places in the kitchen that were in need of cosmetic help due to water leaks! Did an excellent job and didn't even charge us for this work. The new tub suffered a chip (probably from falling tile) and they are taking care of that. Everyone involved went out of their way to insure that we had exactly what we wanted. My wife is extremely happy with the way the whole job turned out. Art was very accommodating and understanding and always responded in a very professional and quick manner. Greg was amazing. We bought a vacation house and live 9 hours away. We had a very long list of things that needed to be done. We gave Greg the key to the house and he worked nonstop for weeks. Every day he would send pictures of the work he had done. He knocked out an entire list before we got there and then worked with me for days getting moved in. I honestly could not have done it without him. I am so grateful we found someone honest who never said he couldn't do something I needed done and he did a great job. HIGHLY recommend him and will be using him for many more projects now and in the future.

when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great

It went super well, Valeria Martinez did an excellent job in explaining everything when she gave us the quote she even send 2 crews do they finished installing 2 units in one day I don’t know their names but they were very professional and friendly they cleaned up and picked up after the job was done. Mike Rodriguez installed the air purifiers and he too did an excellent job also professional and friendly he answered all our questions. Western Electrical will forever be our first choice if we need any other work done. Thank you to them all for a job well done and great service. Highly recommend them.

Nick quoted me a very reasonable price for a septic system on a new lot.he helped with the whole permit and inspection process. Once we had the permit in hand he only took two or three days to install the whole system. Based on that great experience I also had him hook up the electricity to the mobile home. He did that in a few days and worked through all the inspections to get it approved. I highly recommend Nick. I will be installing another mobile home next year and Nick will be definitely the person to do the septic work and the electrical work.

Had a lot of work done. I needed ceiling lights, connected to wall switches, put in for 4 second floor bedrooms, which had no existing light fixtures. Ed cut holes in the ceiling and installed 4 electrical boxes (fasten 3 studs and one brace). Then he went up into the attic, ran wire to the wall switch, and put in new double switches. He then installed 3 ceiling lights and one ceiling fan. Next he went back up into the attic and ran new wire into 5 closets, and installed lights in them. Those lights were connected to the double switches he had installed before. Ed then replaced an older ceiling light with a new one. Finally, he replaced a couple of older breakers with new ones and put in some blanks too. Ed charges a Flat Rate for the work, so if it takes longer, it does not cost more. He is very profession, shows up on time, and works hard for the entire time he is there. I plan on having him come back in the future to do some more work that needs to be done.
