"Juan Carlos and his team painted my house and trim this week and accomplished the task in the time estimated with minimal delays. They provided a timely estimate and I selected them based on my interraction with the owner and the details he provided as to what would be done and in what time frame. They started the project a week ago today and finished in the week they proposed even though we lost a day due to rain. They arrived at the agreed upon time on day 1 and every day thereafter. The quality of the work is exceptional and the team accomplished the work because of their timeliness, industriousness, and dedication. The team are all very young, but are extremely efficient and hard working. As stated, they were always on time and exhibited a great attitude at any and all tiimes. They reacted to problems or issues with alacrity and worked extremely hard during their time on site. I am extremely pleased with the results and would recommend them for and type of painting."

At that time, Engel Coatings was the sole stucco renovation company in Las Cruces. As we progress, we continue to find the best products available as well as the best methods of stucco repair. Repairs must be done properly to insure stucco longevity. Our repairs and texture matching are second to none. Our crews have many years of experience, and we take pride in our work. Every job is performed to the best of our ability, as if it were our own home. Many homeowners compliment us on the the courtesy and respect they receive from our crew members.The jobsite is left clean, and all work is warranted. A reference list is provided with every proposal, so our customers can not only find us on Angie's list, but can also call past customers to see how we did. Every day he would send pictures of the work he had done. He knocked out an entire list before we got there and then worked with me for days getting moved in. I honestly could not have done it without him. I am so grateful we found someone honest who never said he couldn't do something I needed done and he did a great job. There is one area where the screw attaching the outside vertical component of the shed to the floor of the shed was not screwed in completely, an 1/4” space existed between the side wall and the floor. Every nail/ screw in the manufacture of the building is not redundant. This represents a compromise in the structural integrity of the Tuff Shed. These are the company’s policies. EXCELLENCE POLICY: Taking all necessary steps to create the best products and supply the best services. INTEGRITY POLICY: Living up to our promises, commitments and responsibilities. Both of their policies were not fulfilled in construction of my shed!!"
