He walked me through the issue, showed me where the leak was happening, walked me through why it couldn't just be repaired, where/when he was going to be able to find the replacement for my discontinued 11-year-old 4-ton Rheem HVAC unit, and how much replacing the coil assembly was going to cost me. Very reasonable pricing, very professional, his team came and fixed everything within 48 hours. AMAZING! Airmax is now officially my furnace, heating, cooling, air conditioning company.
