He also adjusted all of the new vents for our recent HVAC installation to improve balance in air flow. He is very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained everything that he did. "The work they did was fine, but they didn't finish the job. They installed all new duct work and a new furnace. In order to install the duct work they had to remove my AC which was working fine when they removed it. Once they finished installing the duct work they replaced the AC but it was making a loud noise and water was running off the roof. They said to fix this was not part of the job and that I would have to pay an additional fee. In addition, during the installation of the duct work some minor damage was done to the drywall in the hall which was not repaired."
