The Pro from Majestic was friendly and knew what he was doing When all was said and done I paid him in cash approximately 240.00$ plus a small tip anyway, I would like to have him come back and take a look at the fridge, (maybe if you mention I gave him a bottle of wine as a Thank You. He'll remember me) I remember his name was Sean, Anyway I really don't want any problems I'm a senior citizen I just can't afford a new refrigerator If something can be arranged it would be wonderful. At that point, with the refrigerator already taken apart, we had no real choice but to accept. This whole process felt misleading and unfair. If the technician really did a full inspection, how did such a major issue appear only later? It seemed like a classic case of bait-and-switch pricing — quoting one number and then inflating the cost after we had already committed. We expected professionalism and transparency, especially since RJ Appliances is associated with Miele service.
