A home warranty came with the house I purchased last June. Our Viking refrigerator began to have problems 2 months later. Called the home warranty people and they sent out unqualified repairmen several times to try to fix the many problems we were having with the unit. A Viking recall for the door on our refrigerator brought Morris County Appliance Repair into the picture. They knew everything about my refrigerator. Long story short, Morris County Appliance Repair will be taking care of all my appliance repairs from now on even though I still have a home warranty that would pay for such repairs. Their employees are great. Scheduling was easy. Refrigerator is fixed. Note: The first repair call did not fix the problem but they came back 2 more times until they nailed down what the problem was and I was not charged extra. Morris County Appliance Repair is number one on my list.

Had to order a part, and came back one week later to install it. Great job.

The work was done in july and they have been back 3 times for the same problem. I give them credit for comming back, but now all of the sudden its a different problem. Now they are telling me it is something else and for $400 more they will fix it. They are clearly fishing for a solution and refuse to take responsibility. I was promised the system would work and still have the same intermittant perfornance. They are also called Valley Appliance.

It was very easy to make an appointment. They were available the following day and set up a morning repair per my request. The service technician was courteous, clean, neat and quick (about 30 min start to finish)! Price slightly higher than expected, but you do get what you pay for. Only upgrade would to be more specific with a time block for the appointment, perhaps a 3 to 4 hour window.

I called them on 8/8/13 and they gave me an appointment for 8/14/13 (Ijt was not an urgent repair). They told me they would call on Thursday the 14th in the morning and let me know when the repair people would come. In the meantime I had to go to a doctors appointment that day. But my husband was home and he said they called as promised and two repairman came, and did their job in an excellent way. When I got home everything was done and the problem had been solved

Serviced air conditioner that was leaking water to the inside of my house. Workers were thorough and spent time making sure the unit was completely cleaned and cleared of any blockages. Nice truck, uniformed workers and professional attitude.

I have used Morris County Appliance in the past and have been fairly satisfied with their service. However recently, we had another problem with our Amana refrigerator and tried to call Morris County again. We were promised that they would return our call within the same day to get an estimate and schedule repair. We never received a call as promised. Trying again, I spoke to a representative and his price estimate was over $700 over other Amana certified repair providers. They were rude and indifferent. I would recommend using another repair service.

Woke up in the morning and discovered that our 4 year old KitchenAid french door refrigerator was not working properly and although it was running was not cooling either the regrigerator or freezer. I called the company that had previously done warranty work for us on behalf of KitchenAid and they said they could have someone out in 8 days!!! So I went on Angies List and contacted Morris County Appliance. They said they prioritize refrigeration calls and would get back to me within 30 minutes to schedule something. They had someone out by 1:00 pm and discovered there was a blockage in the condensor, cleaned it out and got it working again. They were very curteious, helpful and professional and we were very pleased. Price for a service call was $95. which I thought was a little high as we were charged $80 for an electrical contractor recently but is was an emergency and they did respond quickly.

The light and exhaust fan in my range hood stopped working but we could see it had electricity. Called for repair service to this company as I had been to their store a couple of times for dryer parts and I knew they did service calls on appliances. The two servicemen came at the scheduled time, established that it wasn't the easy fix we were hoping for and said the unit would need replacing. I felt the cost of the service call was high but did not have any other companies to call in order to get an estimate.

Our dryer was not working so I called them on a Monday. They were able to come on the Thursday of that week. I got a call on Thursday morning letting me know when the technician would be coming. He showed up at the specified time and made the repairs. He had the part he needed in the truck. I am not sure if this was luck or because I gave them the model number ahead of time. At any rate, he was very professional and worked efficiently and quickly. The service call price seemed a bit high, but since I didn't get any other estimates, it's hard to tell.
