Overall it worked out well he was on time diagnosed the problem in freezer, said a particular part needed to be replaced he stated he might have one in truck he went and looked, fortunate he had one, he proceeded to remove parts from inside freezer I had already lost all of my food so unit was empty, I asked a few questions, didn't ask whether part was new reconditioned or whatever I assumed it would last more than 9 months though. The Pro from Majestic was friendly and knew what he was doing When all was said and done I paid him in cash approximately 240.00$ plus a small tip anyway, I would like to have him come back and take a look at the fridge, (maybe if you mention I gave him a bottle of wine as a Thank You. He'll remember me) I remember his name was Sean, Anyway I really don't want any problems I'm a senior citizen I just can't afford a new refrigerator If something can be arranged it would be wonderful. I appreciate your help and patience in this matter. Also I took photos of inside of freezer while he had his tools in the freezer, 3 to be exact but I am not tech savy soI don't know how to upload pictures. Refrigerator wasn't cooling properly and broiler in stove was not working. Shawn knew immediately what needed to be replaced and fixed both! Shawn was amazing. He managed to fit me in despite his busy schedule. He was courteous, friendly, professional, and fixed the problem quickly. My fridge is working again and for a fraction of the cost of replacing it

Showed up on time. Unfortunately his tools were not working and was unable to fix the problem at that time. He promised to come back later. He did with new tools and fixed the problem. Also texted and called to make sure the freezer was fixed.

Shawn was awesome! He called and scheduled to come out the same day I reached out to him. He came out to diagnose the problem, ordered the part needed while he was here, and came out to to fix our fridge and everything just 2 days later once it arrived. He was polite, professional, and fast. I would highly recommend him and will reach out again for sure!

It was a pleasure to meet Sean. He takes pride in his work and is extremely knowledgeable about appliance repair. He called us immediately and worked late into the night to repair our refrigerator. Now I will only hire Sean for any future appliance repairs. He Is fantastic!!!

Yesterday I contacted Majestic Appliance Repair to repair my dryer. I spoke with Sean, and he dispatched a wonderful technician who was at my home within an hour! The technician was professional, knowledgeable, worked in a neat manner and was simply lovely. He fixed the issue quickly and the charge was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company! I know that I will turn to them for future appliance repairs!
