I'm in the process of buying a single family home in Long Valley, NJ & working on a tight schedule to get to closing on this house. Nick at 3D responded same-day to my request for a comprehensive inspection & got me on his schedule for a few days later. I bought my current NJ home 40+ years ago & that was a new build. The very lovely home I fell in love with in Long Valley is an older home & while it appears to be well maintained, I still wanted a thorough inspection. Enter Nick of 3D & his radon, mold & sewer guy, David. The inspection started right on time with explanations being offered throughout. Both Nick & David welcomed my questions & made sure any concerns I had were addressed before wrapping up the inspection. Even though the inspections & the reports were done, Nick & David never tried to push me away when new questions came up. "The issue was a stuck Shower knob The final bill was $960. I ended up paying $800. Mason insisted on changing the cartridge- He over charged me on the cartridge and didn't give a receipt. His charge for the cartridge was $600. Rest of the cost was his labor. I am not happy with the price."

"Nick provided a top-to-bottom, end-to-end renovation/upgrade to a two bedroom apartment for sale including the full bathroom from floors to walls to shower and sink faucets, vanities, mirror and medicine cabinet demo and installation, repaired/filled holes and painted - basically everything other than the tub replacement so that it was a brand new, spotless room. He continued this effort and workmanship in every room and demoed and installed all new pergo flooring for the open floor plan kitchen and living room and bedrooms, landings as well as new stairs replacing dated laminate and carpeting. The kitchen cabinets, countertops, faucet, etc. were completely updated and made the most of the space while being designed in way to fit an over the stove microwave in the future. Future designs were factored into the cabinet layout/installation. He repaired/filled large holes in walls, ceilings, doors left during a move-out and painted the entire apartment to make it fresh and updated where you couldn’t notice the holes anymore. Incorporated all the finishing touches that a realtor identified to complete the renovation. Constantly receive compliments on the impressive finished product of our newly renovated apartment that is ready to move in."
