second time in 2 years hiring for tree work. great work, area left clean, wood cut to size requested; Stacey and team are excellent to work with would recommend for both limb trimming (arborist knowledge) and full tree removal

Had trees cut down, trees trimmed and the yard cleared and leveled. Service is top notch. Stacey is the best. Listened to all my needs and sent out the crews to get the jobs done. Every crew I have had is super professional and works as a team. They do a beautiful job and communicate with me during the process. After the job is done, they always clean up after themselves- sweep, rake, use the leaf blower. They leave your place cleaner than when they got there. I have used them 3 times since I bought my house. I would never use anyone else. And she is affordable. Every time.

Stacey from Northeast Horticultural Services was excellent. She contacted me with s few hours of the request and came out to my house within 2 days. She was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I would highly recommend her for any services you might need from the simple; like looking at tree to confirm its type and safety for a treehouse to a full on tree removal job. Thank again and will keep you in mind if and when I need your services in the future.

Due to a recent tornado we needed tree removal services. Northeast Horticultural was fantastic. They returned my call, assessed our damage and gave us an estimate quickly. Our job was done in a timely manner and for a very reasonable cost. The team did a fantastic job taking down serval trees and removing all our down trees and debris. We are very pleased and plan on hiring them to more landscaping work in our hard. It was an all around great experience working with them and I would not hesitate to recommend them!

Stacey came out and quoted me for the removal of a very large pine tree with a split trunk. One half of the tree was already dead, and the other soon to follow from beetles & disease. I also needed stump grinding on a large mulberry tree with extensive roots still remaining and the pine tree to be taken down. They have a great machine that can chip the trunk of trees now and it was completed on time with great professionalism. This was my second experience using Northeast Horticultural services and I will continue using them in the future and recommend them to others. Everyone from the owner to all employees are excellent!

Stacey came out and we were very impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. We had a river birch in our front yard that had just gotten too big for the space. She recommended we take it down and replace it with a smaller tree. She gave us great recommendations for smaller trees that we didn't even know existed.
We also had them look at our existing landscape and give us recommendations on what we could do differently. We are in the process of working with them on an overall landscape plan.

Ms. Stacey Marcell, the company owner, arrived with her crew on time and prepared to begin the work. The crew was both courteous and professional. They removed the tree, ground down the stump, filled the rather large hole with top soil and quality seed. Hay was then used to cover the area. They worked quickly but safely. We were very pleased with Northeast Horticultural Services and would hire them again.

I was very impressed with their service - they did exactly what they said they would do, at a fair price. I would highly recommend them, and in fact, I will likely have them back for other work in 2015. They arrived on time for the initial proposal, and again on the day they said they'd perform the work. The crew did an excellent job, and cleaned up all tree debris (and even leaves that were on the lawn prior to their arrival). Stacey, the owner, is very knowledgeable. She completed the original, detailed proposal within minutes, during her first visit to our property. Her office assistant was prompt with follow-ups that included forwarding a copy of their insurance binder. I appreciated the completeness and legibility of the proposal and the ultimate services agreement. NHS' price was competitive - roughly in the middle of several proposals (or price estimates) I received. It was reassuring also that NHS had done a lot of work in our our neighborhood.
