"Floor looks beautiful! Reliable installers, who accommodated every request. They showed up before 8 every day and worked hard to get this difficult job done as quickly as possible. We requested a Versailles pattern, and it looks gorgeous! They were even able to repair cracked tiles in 2 other bathrooms without damage to surrounding tiles. They use a system to level each tile with the adjacent tiles. Looks better in real life, because pictures are a little dark. Note that they don't replace the floor trim, touch up paint or re-install toilets. The quarter round part of our trim was difficult to remove without breaking because the seams were caulked. So the quarter round isn't back on yet and the paint hasn't yet been touched up in these pictures. But even with the toilet removal they added toilet water solidifying crystals (ie. Oatey LiquiLock) so water wouldn't spill. Thank you, Michael and team!"

"Nick provided a top-to-bottom, end-to-end renovation/upgrade to a two bedroom apartment for sale including the full bathroom from floors to walls to shower and sink faucets, vanities, mirror and medicine cabinet demo and installation, repaired/filled holes and painted - basically everything other than the tub replacement so that it was a brand new, spotless room. He continued this effort and workmanship in every room and demoed and installed all new pergo flooring for the open floor plan kitchen and living room and bedrooms, landings as well as new stairs replacing dated laminate and carpeting. The kitchen cabinets, countertops, faucet, etc. were completely updated and made the most of the space while being designed in way to fit an over the stove microwave in the future. Future designs were factored into the cabinet layout/installation. He repaired/filled large holes in walls, ceilings, doors left during a move-out and painted the entire apartment to make it fresh and updated where you couldn’t notice the holes anymore. Incorporated all the finishing touches that a realtor identified to complete the renovation. Constantly receive compliments on the impressive finished product of our newly renovated apartment that is ready to move in."

"Contacted National Home Improvements regarding leaking patio roof and no follow up response to issue since last year of April 2023. Still awaiting to hear back. Seems like the rain gutter is sagging in the middle of the patio where the two joints meet and water is pooling there and possibly leaking through the seams as illustrated in the photo. Poor design concept. Really disappointed with customer service and quality of product especially for what we have paid for. They clearly don't care about taking care of their customers. I would never hire National Home Improvements again!!!"
