All-Star Contractors was a pleasure to work with on my garage project. Bill scheduled an assessment and was right on time, during which he provided a competitive estimate for the whole project. The garage included electric, cement, roofing, and custom shelves, all of which Bill and his team were able to provide. His team showed up on time every morning and got the work done on the agreed-upon timeline. Bill was easy to work with an accommodated several special requests and his team did a fantastic job on the project. I would hire him again for any construction or home improvement needs!

I recently hired this contractor to address some serious structural issues with a garage, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. The garage had been showing signs of deterioration, particularly in the footings, which raised significant concerns about its overall structural integrity. From the initial consultation to the final inspection, the contractor and his team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail and were willing to work within the constraints of a modest budget.

My husband and I are very happy with the work that Bill and his team completed for us. We were looking for a way to improve the function of our home, which included replacing a 3 season porch with a larger, multipurpose room, along with a new utility room so that our washer and dryer could be moved out of our bathroom. We had gotten estimates from other contractors, but Bill was the only one willing to work with us to figure out the best way to stay on budget, while still making sure we were happy. Other companies made me feel like I was being talked to, rather than an open discussion. Bill’s plan was innovative and cost effective, while still beautiful and fulfilling all the items on my wish list. The team was extremely communicative and respectful. Going into the project, I was worried about how much our life would be disrupted, especially with two little ones under the age of 5. I was pleasantly surprised that there was little inconvenience during the entire project. I had expected to be without my washer and dryer for much longer, but they moved and hooked them up again very quickly for us. Similarly, we ended up having to replace our bathtub unexpectedly, and the team took care of it quickly, knowing it was essential for our family. They were always so friendly and kind to our two girls, who grew to love them as much as we did! I was so appreciative to have reliable and trustworthy people in our home and around my family. Any issues or concerns that came up during the project were responded to quickly. Bill and his team emphasized communication and were happy to discuss anything with us. We enjoyed working with them so much that we extended our project to include updates in both bathrooms. We are excited to have a home that functions much better now and leaves room for us to grow.

Bill and his team were reliable and fantastic to work with. They finished out basement, and it was not a straightforward job- it included a playroom, customized gym, laundry room, and installing a full bathroom. Every step of the project we felt comfortable that it was being done well. The team was always patient with our questions and were open to making modifications as needed during the work to suit our needs. Each and every person on the crew was respectful, kind, and skilled. My wife and I hired All Star Contractors to convert an attached garage into living space (about 250 sq ft) and we had an outstanding experience with them. Bill managed every step of the process (design, permitting, build) honestly and fairly, with excellent communication and reasonable pricing. The end result is exactly what we had hoped for. We first reached out to the company with a general idea of what we wanted to accomplish, and our budget. Bill understood what we wanted, and made many useful suggestions to help us create a room that was both aesthetically pleasing and practical, within the budget. The building process lasted about five weeks, with daily work done entirely by two members of Bill’s team (Derek and Mike), with Bill checking in daily to monitor progress. Having the same three people in our house allowed for excellent communication, and it was obvious how dedicated they were to their craft. Any time in the evening we’d see something that concerned us, we’d raise it with them the next morning and invariably they’d show they were already ahead of us and on their way to addressing our concerns. It made us extremely comfortable knowing that the end result would be excellent. As with any project, we considered small revisions in the middle of the process. When that occurred, Bill explained up front the projected costs, allowing us to make informed decisions about what would be worth it to us. Ultimately, the project was completed with great care and minimal stress, within our budget. I would recommend Bill and All Star Contractors unhesitatingly for a large or a small project.

It went very well. They were very professional. The owner was honest and fair. The workers are very trustworthy that I could leave the house when they were inside. I could go and run errands while they are in my house doing the job. It was an excellent product of work. They did a really good job. Like the design that he came up with and all the products and everything they used were good. The finished product was excellent. It was a great price. They were and honest fair.

From start to finish, from first estimate to final inspection, working with All-Star Contractors was well above expectation. Bill, the owner/operator knows an amazing amount about home construction. 40+ years in the business. He was full of great suggestions, and his team delivered a beautifully constructed three-season room . You honestly can't tell that it was ever added to the existing home and the inside as well as outside is worthy of a home decorating photo layout. And pricing was well in line with other work which no doubt would have only been half as good. I can't recommend this outfit enough.

I had an exceptional experience working with Bill and All Star Contractors! From start to finish, they demonstrated professionalism, efficiency, and a commitment to providing top-notch service. First and foremost, their speed and efficiency were impressive. The project was a full 1000 sq ft house renovation and it was completed in record time, a little over eight weeks. It's evident that they have a wealth of experience and skill, which allowed them to handle the job with ease and expertise. They were also extremely conscientious of the fact that I was living out of a trailer during the renovation. Throughout the project, they maintained open communication, keeping me updated on the progress and addressing any questions or concerns promptly. In fact I was surprised at just how much importance Bill places on communication. Their willingness to listen to my ideas made the entire process a breeze.

We used All-Star Contractors to finish our nearly 1,000 square foot including a full bathroom and are extremely happy with the results. Bill and his team working at our house were professional and listened to us to execute the vision we had for the design of our basement. The craftsmanship is top notch, and look great including custom barn closet doors, a beautiful reading nook under the stairs with shelves drawers and a sitting area, crown molding, etc. We are very pleased!

My husband and I are beyond grateful to All-Star contractors for doing an excellent job on finishing/remodelling our basement. We never imagined that our basement will look this good despite the small size (we live in a townhome). Every space was made functional. Bill (the contractor) is very fair, always listen and give recommendations as needed. The price is appropriate for the excellent work done. Bill's crew is very hardworking and takes pride in his work - making sure that we will be pleased and always asked if there is anything or issue that needs to be addressed. We are in the process of lining up our next project with Bill. We will definitely not settle for another company for any work we need whether it is something minor or major. Bill handled everything from the design of the shed right through the finished product. He also worked with the town's bureaucracy to revise designs so that everything was approved and permitted. The final product is a very well built shed that matches my house and met my goals for the project. His crew was great and kept me informed on the progress of the project. My equipment is secure and I'm saving a lot of money that used to go to renting storage lockers. I'm very pleased with the work that was done.

Working with All-Star Contractors was easy and pleasant from the first meeting. Bill was honest and open about the entire process. From providing feedback to what work needs to be done, how it should be done, providing options and making sure that what was done is up to his standard and that we would do at his own home. I am his smallest job he was working on and he still made time to stop by the job site every day his employee was there, returned texts/calls in a timely fashion and never made me feel that I was not an important client.

We are extremely pleased with the great job Bill and his crew did in adding on to our existing dining room and pub room addition. We were kept informed Every step of the way and Bill had every worker there on time and it flowed beautifully. That’s an art! Everyone worked well together and they were very neat. I have known Bill since 2005. At that time he built an addition of a bedroom suite and bathroom to our new home. Since then he has answered our calls for projects small and large. Among the things he and his crews have done are a kitchen remodel, new flooring, master bedroom suite addition, deck, siding, finished the basement, and a garage with a 2 story building attached with the first floor a dance studio and upstairs a game room. Bill is always responsive and listens to what the customer wants. He has always provided me with top notch service.

We hired them twice. It was perfect. They were honest, professional, and topnotch. January, they did two complete bathrooms.

All Star started to work on the floor immediately. The team of crafts persons were very personable and courteous. They worked confidently and incredibly fast, which made me feel at ease. I felt a level of comfort and trust with the team that allowed me to leave the house unattended while they worked. I was surprised to see that they also fixed joists in other parts of the house that they felt were in need of repair. In addition they built a closet, spackled and taped the bedroom walls. They even painted the entire room, leaving it in brand new looking condition. All of these extras came surprisingly at no additional charge. Such service speaks to a level of pride and commitment All Star has to making a job look spectacular and beyond any intended expectations. All Star finished the project ahead of schedule and within budget.

Finally we found a contractor (All Star Residential General Contractors) who had innovative solutions to our renovation needs. All Star's owner, Bill Embley approached the bathroom projects as a challenge rather than a nuisance. He and his crew Cisco and Derek worked together to solve any design obstacles. One such obstacle was the installation of an extra-large bathtub not intended for a manufactured home. All Star was able to make custom modification to the tub’s support foundation, that allowed it to fit beautifully in a space that other contractors said was impossible. The All Star team was very polite and respectful and were a pleasure to be around. Bill the owner was there every day to ensure proper design execution. He also included extras at no additional costs. The entire team seemed trust worthy and delivered excellent results, which were far beyond our expectations. We are delighted with our new bathrooms and at the fair price we paid for the work. We recommend using All Star Residential General Contractors, as we would not hesitate hiring again.

I’ve known Bill for 12 years and in that time he has done numerous projects for me. These range anywhere from a full kitchen remodel to multiple additions to the house. He recently laid down new flooring and did all the painting for a remodel. For all projects he is quick and efficient and takes his time to listen to his customer’s needs.
