Montco Rooter Plumbing & DrainsSimply put they informed the State on a pressure test failure. The leak was later determined to be on the top and there was no oil spillage. Unfortunately their faulty information lead to numerous encounters with the state etc. They were trying to get the soil remediation job too. DO NOT USE.
