They were very reliable, and they were really good. They came, and they called, and the drivers called and let you know even when there was a delay, so they stayed within their time frame that they gave you the 2 hour window, it was right within their time frame. It was good, and my insurance company paid for the service that they provided.

My experience turned out pretty good.  They did a pretty good job on the carpets. They came out on time for the appointment. They cleaned the ottoman top well but they could have done a better job on the sides.

Arrived on time. Professional and courteous. Would use again.

The work done was very I will absolutely use the service again however I will make sure that I look over the work before they leave I had two incomplete spots in the master bedroom and the living room but all in all it was good service and excellent customer service.

It was a great service. It worked out well. We scheduled it two days after purchasing the big deal. They did a good job but they weren't there long.

Brian and Wayne did an excellent job on such dirty carpets. They even removed spots that I was afraid wouldn't come up. They also explained to me the service I could get to help keep stains from seeping in. Overall Brian and Wayne was very professional and did a superb job on my carpets. I will definitely have them back in the future as well as recommend them to my family and friends.

Rich and I had a pipe leak in the basement and we called Horizon to fix the leak but the carpet/padding, woodwork and vinyl floor were all soaked. They responded within an hour of notification and brought all their equipment. Problem was fixed over a 3 day drying period. We were very please with the work they did to dry the basement carpet/padding, etc. They were very pleasant to work with and we'd use them again. Plan to call them again for carpet cleaning in the house.

The company cleared out the water. They removed all of their equipment and left bags for garbage and instructions about mold and how to clean the area. They did pick up the garbage after prompting from my insurance company and myself.

Everything was efficient and professional - from scheduling the appointment, the performing the work. I was called to remind me of the visit, and given an estates arrival time. They were delayed at another site, and they called me a couple of times to keep me updated. They performed the work quickly but thoroughly. Very professional. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

The drying process went very well.  I would not have been able to dry the carpets as thoroughly on my own.  They used a non-toxic anti-microbial agent with a nice scent.

Arrived in the midst of chaos and took charge of the remediation to dry out plaster walls and ceilings, wood floors and basement area.

Ken and an associate cleaned our carpets on a Saturday morning. Arrived a few minutes early and were done in about an hour. Very pleased with the outcome.  Even better with the 1/2 price special for the month of March!

We had a broken water heater, among other things, and it needed to be replaced so we called the plumber and they did their thing. Then we needed some clean up because water had seeped under our carpet we have in our basement and Marling's Carpet Cleaning came out and I would recommend them; they did a good job. They setup in the basement for 3 days running 24 hours a day with some dehumidifiers and a fan so they soaked the water out of the carpeting. They had to take off some, not in the entire basement, but some paneling on the floor to check to see if any water had gotten behind there. Then of course they replaced that later. They got the water out of the carpet and then they came back a day or two later and they cleaned the carpets and put the paneling back that they had taken off. They put in a lot of man hours and tied up a lot of their equipment for a minimum of 3 days. My plumber referred me to Marling's Carpet Cleaning. I had never heard of them and I wouldn't have known who to call. Maybe my plumber apparently has some kind of work arrangement with them and they called them in and they came promptly. They were courteous and seemed pretty efficient. I was very pleased.
