Jim arrived on time. He is very personable, and got right to work. It took less than an hour and cost $130.54. He also made 4 extra keys for us. He left us with 2 kinds of business cards: a refrigerator magnet and cards for my purse.

Wonderful! Jim was more than prompt in communicating with us and really felt it was important for us to be well educated on all types of locks for our purpose and the rationale behind each. We got quite the education simply and easily explained and were able to make an informed decision rapidly and chose the Schlage products. He performed all the needed work in about 5.5 hours, had to redrill several bolt openings, and his rates were more than fair. We were replacing some very low quality Kwik Set locks installed by a door company 7 years ago and some higher end Titan locks that we'd had for 20+ years. We wanted one key for everything and Jim made that happen with some tips on upgrading our security as well with different types of keys that are available. We highly recommend him and will use his services again if needed in the future.

Several years ago, we needed a locksmith to come to our home ASAP and Jim made himself available right away. We recently moved to a new home and had Jim come out to rekey/replace two entry door locks. Great company! Jim answered the phone himself on my first call. We discussed the problem, he gave me pricing guidance and we set up an appointment for the following day. He arrived when he said he would. Installed the lock (including the drilling of new holes) flawlessly and then took the time to give me a full tutorial on the use of my electronic deadbolt. Left things clean. Friendly guy who is easy to work with.
