"Hi [Member Name Removed] Most of our customers like Nick and respect that he is conscientious, honest, and has a lot of experience and integrity. He pulled the blower and housing and said the wheel was missing a balancing weight. Normally it would be less to change a blower motor but he would have had to change the wheel to make it right, meaning additional time to run for a wheel and additional cost of parts. Due to the age and condition of the equipment we generally would like to have people put repair money towards equipment replacement. The blower was running when he was there so its tough to say if it would run for a day or a year. He did replace the bad AC contactor which was causing the AC compressor to stay on. I called you and emailed you telling you I am sorry you were disappointed and offered to allow you to put some or all of this towards new equipment. Tom"
