"Ben and his team did an amazing job renovating both of our bathrooms. Very professional, stayed very close to timeline, easy to communicate with and kept us up to date throughout each project. We had a few contractors come out - his team was by far the best choice for us. Andrew was here essentially daily and made the experience as low stress as a reno could be. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a bathroom reno / remodel!"

"We started out with a budget just for the kitchen to repaint the kitchen cabinets, replace the flooring with porcelain tiles, redo the peninsula, use quartz for the counter tops, add recess lighting, and center the lighting fan. Into the job, based on Harvey's excellent advice, we decided to get new kitchen cabinets, have Harvey and his team build storage cabinets above the new cabinets instead of having a soffit built in that open space. We also had a pantry rebuilt by Harvey and his team as well. Lastly we had the peninsula changed to an island with cabinets added underneath as well. Also, we decided to redo the small (powder) bathroom on the main floor. Harvey and his team were awesome. He was very patient in allowing us to make changes to the original plans that turned out quite outstanding. His team always showed up early for work. The quality of the work was simply outstanding. Instead of half doing things like what we got with the Home Depot contractors in years prior, Harvey and his team took things back to the studs and made sure the things were built the right way. I now feel very confident about what is behind the walls and how the work was done. I will attached pictures of the kitchen and bathroom by next week. We are still putting things back into the new cabinets now and etc. We are extremely happy with the work Harvey and his team did. We intend to use them for a few other projects in the future. If you're really thinking about having work done on your home, I would highly recommend that you speak with Harvey to have his team come to do an amazing job for you as well. He will work with you on to provide competitive pricing. In the end it's all about quality work that you can feel great about. We feel great!!!!!!! :)"

"Following several disappointing attempts to engage a contractor, even one we had used previously, to refresh a second bathroom, we found ETC Home Improvement on Angie's List. While we saw a host of reviews that were nothing short of wonderful, we remained tentative. That was until we contacted ETC's owner, Eddy. He spoke with us on a Saturday, met with us the following Tuesday evening. He reviewed and discussed the scope of the project and offered his insights and suggestions that ultimately made the outcome even more pleasing to us. We were sold on this professional, pleasant man. Eddy provided the proposal in a timely manner. We agreed to contract with Eddy and he and his crew started the project the following week. Both Eddy and his personnel were professional, friendly and considerate of our home life and our home throughout the work process. They prepped considerately and cleaned up at the conclusion of each work day. Three and a half days later, our bathroom was done as a result of the very professional and methodical work manner of Eddy & his crew. Almost forgot to mention that Eddy's pricing was very fair. We bought certain items for the project and Eddy provided others as part of the quoted price. There were no unpleasant surprises. It was such a great experience to work with Eddy & crew! We have several other home improvement projects coming up and, needless to say, Eddy will be doing them for us!"

"Jeff has been my contractor for the past 5 years and has done all types of projects for me including the addition and renovation of bathrooms, finishing a basement, remolding a kitchen, etc. Needless to say i trust Jeff to get the job done. When looking for a contractor, you want someone you can trust and is responsive and Jeff has shown that his is both of those things. He is responsive, fair, thorough, and will make sure the job is done the way you want it. In this case, I had Jeff completely renovate the exterior of one of my rental properties with new siding, new exterior doors, new front steps and new gutters. Jeff did the job efficiently and ensured all details were taken care of. The end results came out amazing. I consider Jeff my contractor whenever I look to renovate and use his for any jobs no matter how big or small."

"It was a pleasure to work with Scott. He kept me informed of the progress in a timely manner such that their were no surprises. The workmanship is top of the line. He is honest, pleasant, diligent and skilled. You would be hard pressed to find a better contractor for your project."

"They did a excellent job. They both were dedicated and willing to do any task requested. All projects came out A+."

"Anush and his team were absolutely amazing, and our porch turned out better than we expected thanks to his ideas/recommendations. The attention to detail/pride they take in their work truly stand out and far exceeded our experiences with contractors in the past. One of my favorite parts is how much I genuinely love coming home now. It completely changed the look and feel of the front of our house, and every time I pull into the driveway it makes me happy to see it. I will absolutely be recommending AVSTEP to anyone planning renovations or building a home. We already have several more projects planned for our house in the coming months, and without question we’ll be using Anush and his team again. It’s such a great feeling to know we now have a contractor we genuinely trust and can confidently call whenever we need work done. Even our neighbors have been commenting on how beautiful the front of our house looks and what an incredible job they did. Below are the before and after pictures"

"We could not have asked for a more professional and communicative company. They showed up on time, every time and did the job perfectly. Not only did they do everything they could to keep the house clean during construction. they didn’t waste a minute of time getting the job done. If you need your floors or your ceiling or any part of your home remodeled or repaired this is the company to hire."

"Everything ran nice and smooth from start to finish, was told the job would take 4 days to complete was was finished in 3, both John and serg have hands of gold, and were always on time, I recommend them to anyone I know who is looking for a contractor"
