"We had a pretty complex remodel. We were switching the location of the kitchen and bathroom so that we could have an open concept between kitchen and dining room. After having some issues with previous contractors, we were really picky when we were getting quotes this time. Green Gable's prices are very competitive. We got one or two quotes that came in just a tad lower (not by much) but our gut didn't trust those companies. You could tell from the very first meeting that Nick and Matt were trustworthy. We are so so happy we went with them. Their first impressions were on point. They are truly wonderful. They are the guys on your job each day and they bring in licensed professionals for plumbing and electrical. They were down to earth and were so accommodating every time we brought a new idea to their attention. They were respectful of the fact that we still had to live in the construction project. They cleaned up after themselves every day, laid down drop cloths on high traffic areas and made sure to be respectful of the little space we were still using. They gave us a detailed contract at the beginning outlining the tasks they were going to complete for us, so everyone was on the same page. We ended up adding some stuff to the contract, so they sent us an amendment to the contract. They even threw in some items/labor that we didn't ask for but knew they went out of their way to complete and we very much appreciated that. They were very respectful and conscious of our budget, which is hard to find with a contractor. They showed up every day, even during snow storms! It's hard to find someone that you feel comfortable giving a key to your home to, and I can honestly say that we felt very comfortable with Nick and Matt. We've already recommended them to a few family and friends. They gave us a beautiful new kitchen and bathroom, and we are very happy with the results. We cannot recommend them enough! You will not regret hiring them!"

"Mike was great to work with. I hired him to renovate my primary bedroom and bath. While the bedroom only needed a basic refresh, the bathroom was a full gut remodel including moving fixtures and windows. During the course of the project, we encountered many problems with infrastructure from prior remodels. He fixed all structural problems, electrical updates, and installed a new window which also required re-shingling the outside of my home and matching the existing exterior paint. He has a remarkable attention to detail, and all work was completed to a high standard. His worked passed all inspections on the first try. He also has a deep rolodex of excellent subcontractors for every piece of the work. The project took longer than anticipated (some of which was due to my schedule, change orders, and delays in materials I ordered), but he was on site every day and was in constant communication with me on every detail.
