"Nick provided a top-to-bottom, end-to-end renovation/upgrade to a two bedroom apartment for sale including the full bathroom from floors to walls to shower and sink faucets, vanities, mirror and medicine cabinet demo and installation, repaired/filled holes and painted - basically everything other than the tub replacement so that it was a brand new, spotless room. He continued this effort and workmanship in every room and demoed and installed all new pergo flooring for the open floor plan kitchen and living room and bedrooms, landings as well as new stairs replacing dated laminate and carpeting. The kitchen cabinets, countertops, faucet, etc. were completely updated and made the most of the space while being designed in way to fit an over the stove microwave in the future. Future designs were factored into the cabinet layout/installation. He repaired/filled large holes in walls, ceilings, doors left during a move-out and painted the entire apartment to make it fresh and updated where you couldn’t notice the holes anymore. Incorporated all the finishing touches that a realtor identified to complete the renovation. Constantly receive compliments on the impressive finished product of our newly renovated apartment that is ready to move in."

His works are efficient, hardworking and clean. My remodel took two weeks, as he had quoted and for the exact price he had quoted. "My husband and I are very happy with the work that Bill and his team completed for us. We were looking for a way to improve the function of our home, which included replacing a 3 season porch with a larger, multipurpose room, along with a new utility room so that our washer and dryer could be moved out of our bathroom. We had gotten estimates from other contractors, but Bill was the only one willing to work with us to figure out the best way to stay on budget, while still making sure we were happy. Other companies made me feel like I was being talked to, rather than an open discussion. Going into the project, I was worried about how much our life would be disrupted, especially with two little ones under the age of 5. Similarly, we ended up having to replace our bathtub unexpectedly, and the team took care of it quickly, knowing it was essential for our family. Any issues or concerns that came up during the project were responded to quickly. Bill and his team emphasized communication and were happy to discuss anything with us.
