We found Nick in Angie’s list while looking for someone to remodel our upstairs bathroom. He came to give us a free quote and gave us many good suggestions and how to go forward with the job. He did not only do the work in a neat and professional manner but he also helped us with the overall design of the job. We were so happy with the way it came out that we are going to use NIck to remodel our downstairs bathroom as well. Overall he is very professional and great quality work at a fair price.

Nick set up date and time to come for an estimate. Never showed up and did not call. It has been a day since the scheduled appointment. Hope all is well with him, but at this point will rate as 1 star. Not very professional.

The bathroom renovation went very well. Price was very reasonable and the quality of work was excellent. Nick had answered any questions I had very quickly. Overall very satisfied.

Nick was professional and continually provided updates on progress. He offered and assisted in the pick-up and delivery of renovation materials. Project went over by 1 week but was expected and accounted for. Overall, will consider him for future projects if the need arises.

Everything went great, Nick reached out the same day and stopped by that afternoon to survey the job and gave a quote. He set a time the following morning and showed up prompt and ready to go. Work was done quickly, we went over it when he was done and he cleaned up so it looked like he was never there. Definitely would recommend and use again.

I was lucky to find Nick through this site after a disastrous experience with a dishonest contractor that lied and did very poor quality work. Nick is the exact opposite. He is honest, shows up, offers cost-saving and technically-sound suggestions, gets things done, and works with other quality home service contractors. Our condo passed inspection and looks great since he stepped in. Absolutely recommend him.

The overall experience with the bathroom remodel was excellent. Nick was amazing throughout the process. He explained what exactly needed to be done, was always on time and very fair in his quotes/pricing. There will always be unforeseen issues during a job and this project was no different. Over the w/e there was a leak due to old plumbing, Nick was there within minutes and help stop the leaking before any serious damage was done. I live out of state and had to work with Nick remotely to remodel the bathroom and part of the kitchen of our rental property. Nick gave me a very reasonable quote and timeline. He worked tirelessly to get the job done in time, often going out of his way to pick up and return merchandise for me from Home Depot or Lowes. Although I was not onsite, he sent me updates with pictures on a regular basis, so I was able to rest easy with peace of mind, never once having to chase him down. Green Gables (Nick) was helpful and professional. He went way beyond to get the job done. He helped not only with the selection and installation of the kitchen cabinets, but he advised me on what countertop and other accessories to buy that fit my budget and my quality requirements.

nick did a phenomenal job on the backsplash. He took off the existing tile, fixed the sheetrock where necessary and put glass tile on the backsplash. It's gorgeous and it makes the kitchen really special. He also took apart a custom closet and put elements of it into a second closet, plus added doors to the closet. Everything was clean was he left.

Nick replaced all the interior doors in our house and we are very happy with the end result. He took care of ordering, disposal of old doors, and installation, which made the whole process very easy for us. He knows what he’s doing and we highly recommend!

Also, Nick patched drywall cracks and holes along the ceiling/wall living room and in a hallway closet and living room wall, and everything looks so much better. Great people to work with. Came on time, did the work well and followed up a couple times afterwards to check in. Price was reasonable and they were careful and thoughtful in estimating to make sure that unneeded work wasn't done. Also made a referral for another piece of work as they felt a specialty firm would be better able to meet my needs.
