We had a fantastic experience with Jason and his team. From start to finish, he were incredibly responsive—always quick to answer calls, and texts and kept me in the loop throughout the entire project. What really stood out was their flexibility. Whether it was adjusting to last-minute changes, working around my schedule, or helping me make informed decisions on materials and design, they handled everything with a great attitude and professionalism. The quality of the work was top-notch, completed on time, and within budget. It’s rare to find someone so easy to work with who also delivers excellent craftsmanship. Highly recommend and would definitely hire again!

I hired them to do an extension/covered patio. They were very fast, and I was mostly pleased with the outcome, but I have been very disappointed in the follow-up. From the very beginning, I made it clear that I wanted everything to be done by the books and cleared with the local township regulatory authorities. I was charged a couple thousand dollars for an architect's fee to that end. They completed the project in October. It is now the middle of June, and I get no responses to my inquiries to obtain proof of regulatory approval. They have also not returned to the project to address some concerns I had noted about the workmanship. Very disappointing that it had to come to this, but I do not want anyone else to be scammed into thinking they are getting a project done that was approved by the city/township. As a lawyer, charging someone for a product (e.g. architect's fee) without actually having obtained it is called fraud.

Jason and his team are very professional and efficient. They answered all our questions and addressed our concerns promptly. We would highly recommended them. Our deck is beautiful, and we’re looking forward to using it for many years to come. Thank you again Jason and team for all your great work!

Jason was extremely easy to communicate with and everything with the project went very well! He needed to come by the house twice to confirm the details of the project, which he did without complaint and as scheduled. He and his crew took care of the project as if it were their own home, and cleaned up very well after completing the work. I will certainly be using their services again and suggest you do as well!

I wanted to have a custom bar built in my basement and Jason from Gilligan home improvements was the first one to reach out. He came out and gave me a detailed vision of how he would do the job and took my ideas and exceeded my expectations. His crew was the most professional, clean and detailed group of guys. We hired Gilligan Home Development for our basement reno. Jason and his team are truly professionals. They exceeded our expectations and transformed our basement into a warm, cozy place that is inviting from the moment you open the door to go downstairs. Jason and team from Gilligan rebuilt my deck. They did a great job. They crew were on time, polite and worked back to back days and got it done on time as promised. Jason is easy to get hold off and when I had a minor issue on one of the floor boards, he promptly sent someone to fix it. All in all, highly recommend Gilligan.

Showed up on time, everyday. Work was done in timeline discussed prior to starting job. Able to make changes on the fly when it appeared stairs might be too wide. Brought their own dumpster and cleaned up everything when they were done. Workers worked well together and were personable. Company owners checked daily on work crews progress. No communication difficulties. I expect to rehire them for more projects.

Jason and his workers did a wonderful job installing my concrete patio. It looks great! They took the time to do the job right so that it will last for a very long time. When they were done they made sure to clean up everything. I was even given a warranty for the patio. I will be calling them again when I want other work done on my yard/home.
