"I was impressed with Kathleen. She was willing to travel and work with me. Her professionalism and "off the top" ideas for my place were great. However, I chose to go with the sister of friend. "Martin Palumbo's pricing was very competitive, he talked us through the process, took care of permits and dealing with our town. Throughout the entire process he kept us advised. He is diligent in his work. We had a terrible Saturday night storm, he came on Sunday to check on his work and reinforce the project.
