"I hired Bob Lindsay to put in French drains and 2 sump pumps after getting water in my basement in July and from Hurricane Henri. He came and evaluated the situation, gave me an estimate on the spot and scheduled my job within a few weeks (unfortunately Hurricane Ida came in between). His crew did an amazing job. The crew arrived on time and proceeded to prep my basement with extreme care of my belongings, covering everything in plastic. They worked tirelessly for 2.5 days and completed all of the work ahead of schedule although they had some unexpected mechanical problems . They cleaned up and left my basement better than they found it. The crew worked like a well oiled machine and Bob was always available for my questions. "Arrived on time. Performed work in a professional manner. When first attempt to clear clog showed that clog was not in sink drain line, quickly relocated to crawl space where 1.25 inch copper sink drain line connected to the 2 inch copper drain line that connects to 6 inch cast iron drain line. Worked diligently until clog was removed and proven by sink not backing up and, after flowing hot water, by the 2 inch drain line feeling hot at the point of connection to the 6 inch cast iron pipe and by the sound of the water entering the 6 inch pipe. Checked for leaking sink p trap connections and for the 2 inch plug that was removed to access the 2 inch copper line. Cleaned up work areas."
