Hey babe see below for Bill: It is impossible to put into words what Bill has meant to our family. Starting from the beginning, Bill was extremely thorough when evaluating our basement-- in fact he was the only contractor that evaluated the outside of our property (looking at downspouts and structural issues) when making a recommendation for our basement trench system. He explained the project in an easy to understand way and listened to our concerns to create a design that would both fit our budget and the needs of our home. When it came down to the day for our project to be completed, the crew arrived and completed the work 2 hours before the anticipated time. Although he was not required to arrive, Bill still came to ensure the work was done to the highest level before explaining our new system to us. A few days after our system was installed we received a rain storm, out of habit we rain down to our basement to check it. The relief to see a completely dry basement was priceless and nearly brought us to tears of joy. The level of care, transparency and genuine good nature of Bill was above and beyond and is unmatched to anything we have ever experienced. If ever contractor were like Bill every homeowner would be able to sleep well at night knowing there best interest was kept in mind. In BILL we trust! Excellent work. Trustworthy, affordable, clean and comfortable he job was done in an unbelievable 2 days. Bill Flynn runs a tight crew. He shared videos of how the work would be completed before I signed any contract and he walked through the house to make sure nothing was missed. I had a completely new French drain installed, along with two sump pumps. The job was done and you’d never know the entire perimeter had been trenched and piping dropped. Since the work was completed we’ve had major rainstorms and you barely hear the pumps going but they are absolutely working. Great job.

I was surprised at their quick response and how easily they scheduled me for a home visit for an estimate. Once Billy Flynn came to the house I was convinced I called the right company.Billy was very knowledgable about waterproofing and walked me thru the different options available, he was very transparent and earned my trust within minutes. he used a pretty cool feature on his tablet that sketched out my basement and noted all the job details so that installers could be on the same page with everything. he showed me a few more pictures and videos to ensure I understood the process. Billy also helped us get approved to finance the project and personally called the bank to get us a better deal than we were offered when we called. Billy was able to get us on scheduled within a few days since we were expecting heavy rain. When the day of the project came I met Dave one of the Job Inspectors and again he explained to me what to expect from the install. The crew got to work instantly and to my surprise they take job cleanliness very serious they put covers all throughout the floors, and stairs and put plastic all around the work area as well as a fan to control the dust. The crew did an amazing job and worked at a very fast pace but also took the time to show me every step in the process. within 6 hours they were all done with the job and the place was left as if they hadn't been there. I would definitely recommend All County Waterproofing to anybody looking to waterproof their homes. excellent company and outstanding costumer care.

All County installed French drains around our home. The pricing was very fair and the warranty is excellent. Robert's communication from the initial inspection through to the completion of the project was great. Dave, the project manager, was friendly and addressed all questions and concerns. The team was every efficient and professional. Highly recommended. UPDATE: Since All County installed our French drains 2 years ago, our community has experienced several record-setting storms that flooded the town and damaged a majority of property and homes. Our basement had absolutely no water after these storms- a very real testament to the work All County does.

Having a finished basement you always need to worry about water in the basement. Multiple times I have had different issues in different lactations. The first time water came through they did a great job solving the problem and adding a second sump pump. The next time was worst and the bedroom downstairs got flooded and they did a French drain outside and since then when my neighbors have complained about flooding I haven’t had a drop of water. It is great that we live with no worries. Great work by All County. I would suggest them to everyone. Plus their price is great

We called All County after speaking to multiple waterproofing companies and they made the most sense in how they were proposing to resolve our issue. We had water in our basement every time we had heavy rains. Previous own had installed a small french drain in only one small section and did not work at all. The All County team came in and noticed the sump pump was actually installed in the highest point of the basement from the old owner and designed a great solution for our home. It has been over 7 years and our basement is dry. No more worrying about the basement every time we have heavy rains. They are A+++ all the way!

All County did a fantastic job with my French drain installation. From the moment Rob arrived for my estimate to the last guy leaving my home it was complete professionalism and satisfaction. Rob took the time to thoroughly explain the project and provided photos and videos of similar past jobs. Also told me what to be aware of when the other two companies came out to provide me with an estimate for the job. Hands down best in the business. I truly felt like these guys treated my home as if it were they’re own home. 10/10.

Rob from All County Waterproofing provided me a free quote with detailed plan and estimate within 72 hours of me requesting he come by. Within another few days his team came and took complete care and fixing what was causing my basement to take on water. The very next few days we received tons of rain and my basement is completely dry. I would highly recommend them to friends, family, and anyone I come across.

Our basement was always damp and musty and would take on water with heavy rain. That is until we hired All County to fix the problem. We no longer have any water issues. All county was able to get out to help my mother finish a electrical job that was completely messed up by a previous contractor so that she could pass inspection.

We called All County and they came out right away to remediate an issue. Their communication was excellent! They got the job done on time and they were priced more than fair. Super professional and clean job, would HIGHLY recommend them!

Robert's team did a very good job of cleaning and sealing the mold issue I had in my attic. The crew that showed up were very nice and left the job site quite clean. I would hire them again for future work.

The salesman came out and explained the process thoroughly. Of the three contractors we met with, he was the only one to look outside at the property to understand how the water was coming into the house. He talked us out of doing exterior waterproofing because of the cost and impact to the excessive landscaping we have that would all have to be replaced - as well as some patio areas that would be impacted. When the foreman arrived, they put up protection around the stuff we had stored in the basement, and drop cloths coming into the house and down the basement steps. At each phase of the project, he brought me or my husband down to see the completed work around the entire perimeter (not just a small section). So we got to see all the concrete chopped out, the trench they dug, the filter fabric, the perforated pipe, the stone backfill, the holes punched in every cinderblock and joint, and finally the sealed and completed project with two new sump pits and pumps. Once it's enclosed you have no way of knowing if the job was done right, unless you see every step as it's completed. They also connected the drains to a perimeter drain system that we have collecting the water from our downspouts taking it away from the house. A few days later one of the pumps was acting up and they came right over and replaced it. These guys are great, and I highly recommend them.

The job went great and at first I was very happy with my decision, until 4 years later when I started to get water in the basement and garage area. After doing some inspections around the sump pump I would give negative stars if it allowed, as it was an epic failure. I just had to clean out 4 inches of mud out of the bottom of the pit due to their utter failure to do respectable work. With heavy rains coming make sure to check your sump pumps and drains if you used All County Waterproofing, would hate to see anyone get flooded out or have their pump burn out because of the atrocious work done by this company.

They were great. Their professionalism stood out. they were super fast. They were unbelievably quick doing the work, It was done in the matter of a couple of days. We pointed out a couple of small things to fix and they were back in a couple of days to fix it. They were great all around. Quality of work, their knowledge, they really knew what they were doing. We didn't get a chance to do a lot of comparison on cost, we were in a flood situation.

Very well. Robert and crew were on site while the basement was flooding to deal with the immediate remediation, and then set to work on installation of the drainage system. They were courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and did a great job.
