"On the hottest day of the year, my central air conditioner broke. It was almost 23 years old and water began to leak from my ceiling. I immediately went to Angie’s and right away a coupon popped up for this company. Someone actually answered the phone, it was Joey and after I explained to him what was going on he told me to shut the unit off and he could be out there first thing in the morning or later that day to assess the situation. He came later that day and unclogged the drain from the unit so that at least I could keep the unit on while a new unit was ordered. He didn’t even charge me for the visit that day. One day later he gave me a very reasonable price $6500 for a new system. I also had the heating unit replaced for an additional $2000. The very next day a three man crew showed up and within 5 1/2 hours I had a brand new unit. I was impressed with the knowledge, expertise, experience, respect for property, and quality of work that I witnessed. I was very fortunate to have called them first and I will use them in the future to check on the health of my system. A+."

Why is my irrigation pump not pulling water?

There are a few reasons your irrigation pump isn’t pulling in water. You could have a clogged suction filter. You may have not properly primed your pump so air got stuck somewhere in the system. Your pump also won’t work properly if it has faulty or damaged pump components, like a pump motor or pressure switch.

A well pressure tank is located between the well and the well pump, and it stores your water under pressure so that the well pump can eventually do its job. The well pump is activated whenever you turn a faucet on—it pulls the water from the tank into your home. Both are vital parts of a complete well water system.

A leaking well pipe is quite different from if the well itself is leaking. To seal a leaking well, pour a cement mixture or bentonite into the space between the well casing and the borehole wall. The heavier cement collects at the bottom to form a solid seal, pushing lighter materials like mud and fluids up toward the surface. Normally, when your well pump turns on or off, you’ll hear a small click. This isn’t anything to worry about, but it can be a problem if it’s clicking continuously. This can indicate that the well pump is short cycling—the pump continuously turns on and off.
