"We are very happy with our experience with Orbit, absolutely love the new water softener filtration and reverse osmosis system! The installation happened quickly and painlessly, and the system has greatly improved the quality of our water. Orbit representative Scott Culin did a great job answering all my questions in a timely fashion. Overall, It's worth every penny you spent on this water softener system!"

"Very good communication. They responded quickly to my request to remediate the problem of my well water contamination with coliform bacteria. They came out promptly and fixed the immediate problem. They explained the path going forward and outlined the plan for a long term solution."

"They were great, they were very efficient, courteous, responsive everything worked, the water heater ignition went out, but they came back and fixed the ignition immediately. They were reasonably priced compared to other quotes that we got."

"I have well water and my water was staining my toilets & bathtub- basically everything. I called Ultra Pure and they sent a very nice man, Al, to come test my water. He explained everything to me so it was easy to understand & showed me what systems I needed. Turns out my well water has very low pH and he installed a system for the entire house to fix it. Now all my water is more alkaline. He also put a water purification system at my sink so I have water that I use for drinking, cooking, washing my veggies. I feel safer drinking my water now. I don’t have to buy bottled water anymore which I like. I’m so happy because all of it was very affordable with my fixed income. Now I don’t have to worry about trying to clean stains and be embarrassed when I have people come over to use my bathroom. I would highly recommend them - from beginning to end the process was easy."

"If you have a water softener or filtration project, I highly recommend Orbit Energy & Power. I had a very favorable experience with the company . Scott Cullin, the sales tech was very accommodating with scheduling our initial appointment. He was on time, asked about our project scope, performed his water tests and made a recommendation based on the findings. He was not high pressure at all. I advised that I was getting competitive proposals and it would be a few days before I made a decision. Orbit's equipment is the most efficient, seems to be the best quality, and quite frankly had the best warranties. The installation went well. The installer removed old equipment and installed the new softener and filtration kit. He was in and out within the 3 hour time window specified. He answered all the questions I had for him during the installation. Once everything was done and cleaned up, he went through the operation with me, explaining how everything worked and what things to keep an eye on. Very good experience. I will definitely use them again"

"They are very knowledgeable and the pricing was fairly competitive. Their reviews and company was what made the difference for us. We are very happy and feel very safe also having the system to reduce PFAS in our drinking water, that was very important to us. Our Pfas water test came back negative, we were expecting it to come back very low but we are very pleased."

"The consultant came on time, was very professional and was NOT a pushy salesperson like other companies. He took his time and answered all of our questions. After the installation, what a difference our water is! I am so happy we did this!!"

"The 2 guys Joe and Ghaham that came to take care of my plumbing issues were very professional and provided excellent service. They explained the issue and fixed it with no problem. Thank you for the top notch service. Nirali"
