"[Member Name Removed], per our conversation on April 24,2018 regarding [Member Information Removed] radon system that you NOW claim was improperly installed in March 2015, you claimed you were an honest person and that no one had touched said system. Later on that day your husband returned my call and made me aware that he himself had to remove and reinstall [Member Information Removed] complete radon system to properly install new siding. Per signed contract I am not held responsible for any damage or alterations done to [Member Information Removed] radon system by any other person or company than myself. Your daughter also sent me pictures of [Member Information Removed] system with [Member Information Removed] new alterations present. Piping was cut and a new 90 degree elbow was installed. Because of these alterations [Member Information Removed] contract is now void. I was willing to come and fix damage and alterations but not free of charge since contract was breached. Thank You. - Fernando"
of his high reviews here. Once I did he was available immediately and I actually had the radon mitigation system
installed the same day. I appreciated his speed, professionalism, and at the end of the day, the mitigation
system is working, reduced from 12 to a very low number. Recommend.
He came to the house within a day or two of me contacting him. He thoroughly explained the whole process of radon mitigation and subsequent follow-up testing and maintenance. And, he was available to perform the work within a week of his initial visit.
Fernando showed up on time, went over the specifics of what he would be doing that day, didn't mind me watching part of the work, went right about doing his business, and was done on schedule. He cleaned up the work site, showed me how he tested the system to ensure it was doing what it was supposed to be doing and then left, all in about four hours.
Be sure to ask Fernando about his Angie's List special bonus.
I would definitely use Fernando again if I ever had need to install a radon mitigation system in another house.
