He explained everything to me so it was easy to understand & showed me what systems I needed. Turns out my well water has very low pH and he installed a system for the entire house to fix it. What we found especially helpful: they were able to set-up a temporary sink and cooktop so we could continue to cook during the reno. This is a family business. They are extremely neat, minimizing dust by venting outside, using plastic sheets on the doorways and cleaning the work site at finish every day. He is a very young guy, but incredibly knowledgeable. You gotta love that Scottish brogue!! My kitchen sink is a great example of what to expect from him, it was simply a hose that needed tightening. He showed me the problem, including how to fix it myself in the future and fixed it in about 2 minutes. With the washer, he told me it was an issue for the manufacturer, which I appreciated. He was able to quickly turn my warm shower into a hot one. I appreciate his honesty and expertise, he was great. He is the one I will call if I need a plumber again."
