They do a great job. We had a little issue one time with their work. They immediately took the car back, fixed the issue and called me for my feedback. They were extremely responsive and thanked me for informing them of the issue. When you are a customer of their's they always fit you in. I have stopped in before because my car was making a noise or had a low tire and they will come out right away to look at my vehicle. They are an honest company, I trust them and have been very impressed with their services. The owner is very nice and involved in the community. If you purchase tires from them and get the coverage, if anything happens to the tires you know you are covered! I find their tires to be a really good deal!

I got prices from 2 major tire stores and Jensen was better price and local.

Was on a weekend trip to Connecticutt and my Saturn Vue suddenly lost power and would barely run. This was on sunday. Could not have driven it back to New Jersey so I parked it and got another ride back home. First thing Monday morning I called Jensen Automotive and explained my situation and asked if they could fit me in if I could get the vehicle to them by the next day. They had no problem working with me and my extreme situation. So I got another ride back up to CT monday night, managed to get the car to Jensen Automotive and they started working on it first thing tuesday morning. By mid afternoon on tuesday it was done and since I could not get back up there until later that night they arranged with me to pick it up after hours. I got the car back that night and brought it home to NJ. They followed up with me the next day by phone and a couple of days later by mail. I was extremely pleased with how nice they were, how adaptable they were and how quickly they got me taken care of. I could not have asked for a better experience. A+++ for customer service!

They are very good, responsive and keep great records. I trust them and they are great. Their price is fair and in the past they replaced some brake pads. I did not have the brake pads longer than a month-and-a-half and I was not happy. They took the whole job apart and did it all again. We have three cars and use them all the time. I am very impressed with them; you stop by and they will stop what they are doing to diagnose my problem; there is no attitude.

They are very efficient, know what they are doing, and do a good job.

Having used Jensen Automotive a couple times previously I knew to get a quote first - My SUV was over due for a timing belt and all that comes with it - water pump, belts, etc. The quote was nearly 1,100 which did not include genuine manufacturer parts, etc. I had previous work done there and although the customer service and work is good, Eddie's prices are very high and difficult to justify. Anyways, I ended up going to the Dealer who did it for much less, used genuine parts, and provided a brand new loaner for free. If you are not concerned about price Jensen is not a bad place to go but I found you'll get more for your money somewhere else. The dealer was less expensive, used great parts, and knows my model inside and out. If a dealer is less expensive you know something is wrong. Eddie knows it and it's time others do as well.
