We are a family ran business with a highly decorative design team. Currently we stand at 28 employees that all work together on each project to produce a product we are all proud of. Our team incorporates the work of designers, CAD operators, field managers, showroom manager, administrative staff, marketing members, and experienced builders. We have been in business for seven years now and have been growing each year. We started out with (2) guys that handled all aspects of the business from the initial consultation, to the design, the build, and the wrap up. As our quality work spread so did the size of our business and we have no intentions of looking back. We do all work in house with no subcontractors. We accept checks and credit cards and offer financing for all projects up to $400,000.

"Every phase of the project went smoothly and professioally. . FSBD provided a 3-D rendering of the project and then once we agreed upon size and color, they handles all the parperwork with both our HOA and the county. Contruction went without a hitch and at the end of every day, the crew cleaned up the worksite and made certain we knew was was planed for the new day. Upon completion, there was an issue with 2 of the boards not matching the exact color of the others. FSBD immediately contacted Timbertech and arranged for 2 new boards to be shipped which they installed the day after the replacements arrived. We also contracted for a front step handrail which matches our house perfectly and provides added safety to our home. Since then many of our neighbors have stopped by to see the deck and have also chosen FSBD to build decks for them. All have said the projects are going as planned and they all are equally satisfied with FSBD"

"John and his staff were consummate professionals. They were independent, respectful, superbly helpful, extremely neat and true devoted craftsmen. You can tell by speaking with John that he REALLY cares about the work and is invested in your property. He made suggestions during the job that not only upgraded the initial quality of what we were looking for but saved us a bit of money in the end. He is honest with the state of the work that needed to be done and make outstanding creative suggestions when asked for his opinion (color, style blend, etc). His team was like ghosts, they did not stray from the work/ staging areas and were essentially ghosts - the only signs of their presence was the completed work. It was done about a week faster than they anticipated and honestly looks better than we hoped. Amazing work, I wish we found them sooner. "In all fairness, both workers were friendly and they (in the end) did what was planned. I think the work probably could have been easily performed by one worker. I was told that they would call me ahead of time, so I could meet them at the house before they arrived. I did not receive a call until they were already at the house (1:30pm). I arrived around 1:40pm. They completed the work by about 2:20 and took about 20 minutes to write up the order. I was shocked when I was asked to pay $382 when the quote was for $225. The labor was by far the most expensive element, they had rounded up to 2 hours per worker ($250 total) plus a $49 dispatch fee. In terms of the workmanship, the only complaint is that there wasn't much attention paid to aesthetics. For example, instead of running the new line along the wall (binding them with zip strips with the rest of the lines) in the basement, the line was run across the middle of the basement and stapled to each stud. Also, I had to ask them to readjust the light switch plate since when they re-installed the cover plate one side was not flush to the wall (raised a notable 1/4 inch). It's a minor detail, but one I would have had to live with if I did not speak up. They did replace a breaker (did not realize that the current breaker was 20 amp when a 15 amp was needed. They explained that this could cause the wire to burn out before the breaker switched. All materials costed $63."
