It's like this: when I go to the hairdresser, I share what I'm thinking, but I like to leave it to the expert about what would look good based on my hair type, age, lifestyle, etc. Pierce was able to describe what he was thinking and way, based on location, sun exposure, size of the area, etc. He walked me through the entire process from start to finish - he even offered to have me come to the nursery to participate in choosing plants. I received frequent email updates about the date of service, with a back-up plan for inclement weather. The service was done in less than one business day. The team checked in with me throughout the day and had me check plant placement and input on lighting. Barbie followed up to make sure we were completely satisfied with the project, and she provided me with detailed watering instructions and follow up for maintenance for upcoming seasons. "Our front entry steps were cracked and pulling from house. In addition they were originally installed with a bad pitch, water flowed toward home. Derek from sun Viking came to my home for the estimate and after having 3 other estimates Derek was the only contractor who actually identified the actual problem and explained to me that simply veneering the steps would not correct it. I hired Sun Viking primarily due to Derek's knowledge and although the price was more than we budgeted for we went for it (We budgeted $6500 for the job). WE COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!!!! This company exceeded my expectations by doing the little things like pouring footers and rebuilding the steps from the ground up they also installed conduit line for adding step lighting or landscape lights to the homes front later on. His employees were punctual and polite. They explained things to me if I had questions as the job progressed. "We have a 3 storey house and the team at Brite Idea came out and put up the lights on the house. They had to come out a second day with a longer ladder to finish up but the end job was worth the wait. We did the lights around the bushes which balanced the others beautifully. We agreed to a 3 year contract which suits us since we love having the house lit up for the holidays. I'm sure we'll continue as long as we live here."

"Everything turned out fine. When it first arrived, it was damaged in the shipping. It took them quite a while to get something back to us, or even to call me back when I wrote to them. But then, once they got the ball rolling, it went very quickly. It took them probably about a month to even get back to me. The price was very good. Once somebody actually did speak with me, they were very responsive. They were pretty professional when I spoke to them. I just think that they were light on manpower."

"They really are not that good because the work they did started to deteriorate quickly after they did it. They came back and resolved the problem but they also did additional work; they really are not the best painters. The price was very reasonable and they also did some exterior painting for me as well. The interior painting was not as professional as I thought it could have been but they were quick to respond to my needs. They were punctual."

Needed, or "thought"we needed more amps -added to our 100a service Because of "flickering" lights throughout the home. Nope. We were only told this by 3 other electricians. Phil, came out, and gave me the HONEST scoop -on what was really wrong: just a freshening up, of all of the hardware, connectors, and corrosion, that had built up, on the service over the years. Very reasonable, and very reliable. I can't say enough. Integrity, means everything to me, as a consumer/man. Phillip, is as good as it gets. If you want an honest electrician.
