"We have a 3 storey house and the team at Brite Idea came out and put up the lights on the house. They had to come out a second day with a longer ladder to finish up but the end job was worth the wait. We did the lights around the bushes which balanced the others beautifully. We agreed to a 3 year contract which suits us since we love having the house lit up for the holidays. I'm sure we'll continue as long as we live here."

"They had very good availability. They came and did everything as fast as they could. It was very convenient that way. The bad would be that they painted the window seal white. It had previously been a dark color, and I am not sure if they primed it good enough. You can still see the dark color through it. If we used them again we would go over our specifications a little more carefully before hand."

Needed, or "thought"we needed more amps -added to our 100a service Because of "flickering" lights throughout the home. Nope. We were only told this by 3 other electricians. Phil, came out, and gave me the HONEST scoop -on what was really wrong: just a freshening up, of all of the hardware, connectors, and corrosion, that had built up, on the service over the years. Very reasonable, and very reliable. I can't say enough. Integrity, means everything to me, as a consumer/man. Phillip, is as good as it gets. If you want an honest electrician. It is on the far corner and is not noticeable when walking into the room, but is very noticeable when on that side. It is something I will have to deal with ."

"     In order to complete to layout design I submitted a drawing of the room as well as a series of photos.  The website for Homemade design has a questionaire what helps define your overall tastes in design.  I joined Pinterest and started boards for furniture, lighting, bookshelves which were reviewed.  Homemade design comes to New York periodically to meet with clients not in the Boston area and this gave us a chance to meet and select furniture and upholstery at the New York Design center.  This is an extra charge but well worth it since I was completely overwhelmed.  They were extremely patient and guided me through the process.  At one point I decided to move the television which turned out to be a bad idea -- they explained why it would not worked and I concurred competely after I understood the reasons.  So, they are not afraid to tell you if you going down the wrong road. I live in a New York City townhouse and forget that I do not have a whol lot of space even though my house is huge for NYC. So, I had to be told how to "scale" everything to the space we had to work with, which was helpful
I purchased the service several months ago but was not ready to actually decide on the actual purchases until recently. So, the delay in completion is because of my schedule.  I now hope to finish everything by September.
