JL Entertainment Designs came to the house for a consultation to assess the space and existing equipment. Joe then worked with us to determine the right additional equipment for us to purchase (the specific sound bar, an appropriate subwoofer, the appropriate mounting gear, etc.) and installed it all. We were very pleased with the result, which was a very clean, sleek, no-visible-wires look. Joe also configured all of the equipment for us to optimize the sound for the space and programmed a "master remote" that could control almost all the equipment. He also gave us a tutorial walking us through how to get the most out of all of this equipment. We can't say enough good things about Joe and his company. A week after the installation was complete, our receiver shorted out. (We bought it through a separate company; everything was working fine beforehand.) Once we got a replacement receiver, Joe promptly came back to our house to ensure everything re-set up properly and to add a function we had decided we wanted in the interim. In short, we are delighted with both the look and performance of our new system.

Joe consulted with us on our media needs and made a great recommendation for us. He installed a large screen TV and mount that is perfect for our living space. Joe was very responsive, knowledgeable and professional to work with. A great experience and we will be working with Joe again in the near future.

Joe Lusi promptly responded to my Angies List email. An appointment was scheduled and Joe arrived right on time. We discussed our project and Joe provided suggestions that was followed by an estimate. We exchanged calls and Joe addressed all questions and concerns. In the end, we were able to hook up the television without needing Joe's help. However, there are some aspects of the project that we decided not to address at this time. If and when we decide to go forward, I would reach out to Joe.

Both of the men with whom we dealt were very knowledgeable and seemed very capable.
They offered some ideas that would have worked very well for our application but cost more than we were willing to expend on the project. They readily altered their estimate and did a superior job.
We would be glad to have them do more work for us in the future.

Cleaned up all the existing wiring and installed a Sono's whole house music system. Very good quality installation and was a great value for the money.

He created a new box and wired the tv so that nothing shows on the wall below.  He installed a new speaker below flat tv and adjusted the overall sound.  Joe is extremely professional and neat.  He is prompt and courteous.  His prices are excellent.  I would highly recommend him.

Joe was responsive, knowledgeable and professional.  Did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it.  Good to work with.  Did a nice job.

Joe came to the house.  He updated all the software for Apple TV.  He showed us how to connect our Apple and Mac devices to Apple TV.  He showed us how to access Netflix in a way that permitted us to listen in surround sound.  He showed us various ways to play photos on the TV.  Spent about 90 minutes.  We really appreciate the service he provides.

It was very, very simple and quick.  Joe is clean and professional, efficient and knowledgeable.

Joe was very professional and punctual on both the initial visit and installation date. Very happy with services provided and was flexible with alternatives to help reduce cost.

When I initially called Joe Lusi for an appointment, he was quite busy but was able to squeeze me in as a new customer.  He called me the morning of the appointment to confirm and was right on time.  He was very professional, taking his time to explain what he was doing and how to use the new receiver.  He was able to hook the receiver up to my TV and BluRay Player and configure the speakers for my room in one hour.  He also connected my receiver to my router so I could use AirPlay to play music wirelessly from my iPhone!
After Joe left, I realized that my TV was turning back on after I shut it off with my remote.  After I tried to troubleshoot the issue without success, I contacted Joe.  He gave me a suggestion of a setting change on my receiver that didn't fix the issue so he came back to my home the next day and went through the receiver and TV settings to fix the issue in 15 minutes without an additional charge!
Not only is Joe very good at what he does, he is reliable, professional and customer responsive.  I will call him without hesitation for my next AV need!

Joe Lusi is top notch. From the day I spoke with him to the final tune, All communication was great. Everything was explained in easily understandable terms, and any issues were quickly resolved. Joe is friendly, accomadating and loves his work and loves when people experience their new system for the first time. Joe does not only super high end but also does smaller home theaters as well, I had another company set up my living room the first time and was not pleased at all. Joe came in while working on the theater and made the changes to make it go from blah to wow. I cannot speak highly enough about him.

Great, we have been working with Joe on all of our AV needs for several years.  He has always been responsive, professional and fairly priced.  He has installed 4 televisions in all including integrating our sound system and apple tv.  He also installed a touch screen pad to control AV from different rooms in the house.

The process and crew were fine.  They were clean, efficient and prompt.  The only problem was that a three way splitter was added.  This caused my TV or Internet connection to stop randomly.  Had to call Cable which retuned it to accomadate for the three devices on one cable.  

Visited to review site of wall tv installation and speakers. He was carefull to explain pro and cons of installation and provide specific list of costs from which to choose. This was installed promptly with a helper  in several hrs as he promised. I have had minor problems since which was corrected by returning promptly. I would use him again.

We were very happy with the work that Joe did in our house.  He was very professional and did a great job.  He always responded quickly and was able to work within our schedule.  Both setups sound and look great.

I found JL Entertainment systems on Angie's list.  I called Joe and he came out to see what we needed and then promptly submitted a proposal.  We decided to scale back the project a little for now, and he was great about that.  He explained that the system was scalable and could be added to at other times.  Installation took just one day.  Joe came with one other helper.  Both were very professional and a pleasure to have in our home .  They were fair, clean, knowledgeable and helpful.  They were also hard working and navigated some tricky wiring issues in our old house.  .  After installation, Joe called several times to check in on how we are enjoying the system and has made the tweaks we asked for.  We will definitely recommend him and use him again.  The process was  great.
