"Ronda came to us through our general contractor. She assisted us in selecting our cabinets, counter tops, hardware and tile. She met with us multiple times at our house to work through the cabinet design. And we met with her multiple times at her studio and the tile shop to select our counter top and tile. Always ready to help, she is knowledgeable and has innate design ability. More than that, she can explain her design choices, yet is willing to discuss alternatives and work through the design process in a collaborative manner, bringing many ideas to the table – or kitchen, as it were. She listens to her clients and was able to translate our ideas into a comprehensive design. Throughout the process Ronda worked with our contractor and with us to make certain everything came together as planned. While there were a number of minor snafus, she was always there to make certain issues were resolved and to keep the job moving ahead. Cabinets and counter tops are a significant portion of the remolding cost. Cabinet manufactures are not all that interested in dealing directly with the customer. Rather, they work through their distributors. We purchased our cabinets through Ronda who has a strong working relationship with the manufactures she deals with and can easily work out issues. "Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.

They came back and resolved the problem but they also did additional work; they really are not the best painters. The price was very reasonable and they also did some exterior painting for me as well. The interior painting was not as professional as I thought it could have been but they were quick to respond to my needs. They were punctual."

Wally assisted me with putting together a shop drawing set for a custom cabinet builder to build from. He was really helpful in pointing out and solving very intricate details and conditions. He knows industry standards and has a good understanding of cabinet fabrication which he incorporates in to his drawings. "We have a very large atrium foyer/formal lounge area which is open to the dining and family room. Jon designed and installed custom built wainscoting, fireplace surround, crown molding. He also built a column and half wall between the formal area and dining room area of the open plan space. Made from solid wood with all carpentry and painting performed on site with their usual efficiency and cleanliness. Jon/Pioneer Builders are our go to contractor who has been extensively involved in the remodeling of our new home. This the fourth project they have completed with the usual meticulous attention to detail and good value. Our neighbors, upon seeing Jon's, work have hired his services too.
