I had called around for quotes on a sliding glass door repair. This gentleman was the only one who called me back right away. He gave me a ballpark figure on the phone. We set a date for him to come out and look at my door, I spoke to him about replacing the door, he assured me that he would fix my door and I would be happy and there would be no need to replace the door. He was sooo right, he not only arrived early, but answered any question I asked and he didn't make me feel as if I was bothersome. I am happy with the repair and I even got a new handle that matched the new esthetics of my home decor. Excellent experience, great job, very happy!!..Thanks again..

Tal and his helper were friendly and eager to do a good job; which they did. Our doors slide a lot better; however, the family room door closes tightly and is manageable to open but more difficult than before. Tal told me that it was the new lock and needs to be broke in over time. This answer seemed plausible.
