"After a week of disturbed sleep worrying about a bed bug situation, I contacted Ace Bed Bug. I had been in the apt of a good friend who unknowingly had bed bugs and I got bitten! I was horrified and rushed home only to worry that I brought them back with me. I called Ace and Luis immediately picked up the phone and was at my house by 8 AM that day after hearing my anxious voice. Luis is wonderful...a very reassuring and professional individual who listened carefully and empathetically to my hyper anxious concerns. He inspected all my furniture and asked where else I would like him to look. Thankfully, he did not find any bedbugs, but gave me great advice about how to spot and avoid them showing me an illustration of what the life cycle of a bed bug looks like and where to find them. I never realized how much an exterminator needs to be a therapist in these situations ....LOL. I highly recommend Luis for his skilled experience, kindness , promptness and patience. Thank You Luis! "I called E&G Exterminators because we had yellow jacket bees in our house. I called and they came out right away. Their technician, Marco, was very polite and professional. The bees got in where the brick and the siding meet in the front of the house and ate their way through the wall. Over 500 yellow jackets killed."

"The classic we don?t realty care because we got you to sign a contract type of company. Spoke with Emmy. You told me, we can get a tech out there between 2-5. The proceeds to ask me to sign a yearly contract. Then around 1:30 pm I receive a text message which I just saw telling me they won?t be here till tomorrow. Canceled and blocked my credit card. Talk about a great way to waste a new clients day. I called Kapture and they sent a guy out the same day. I will be using Kapture for my bee issue. "

"I recently called Viking Pest to re-bait my rodent stations in the garage and outside. When they arrived, they refused to do that and told me that since I have a dog, their company policy no longer allows them to. I had the dog when I started service with them. In fact, 2 months prior to their policy change they sold me 2 outdoor bait stations for $75. So basically, they would like me to spend more money and buy into their Smart Rodent technology instead, as their only option claiming it's safer. If they were offering it at the same cost then that might be an option but it's not the case. Not only have I had this happen, but I've requested numerous times if I could get the tech to be a regular so they'd get to know my property and that is not possible. Before I cancelled my service with them, I called multiple times asking for their service manager to call me as I was upset. Each time customer service would savvy I'd get a call within 48 hours and never did. I guess since Viking is owned by Anticimex a large corporation, theyv'e lost sight of customer service. I am very disappointed with Viking Pest, I would not recommend them. If I could give the no stars I would."
