Viking Termite & Pest Control, Inc.

I recently called Viking Pest to re-bait my rodent stations in the garage and outside. When they arrived, they refused to do that and told me that since I have a dog, their company policy no longer allows them to. I had the dog when I started service with them. In fact, 2 months prior to their policy change they sold me 2 outdoor bait stations for $75. So basically, they would like me to spend more money and buy into their Smart Rodent technology instead, as their only option claiming it's safer. If they were offering it at the same cost then that might be an option but it's not the case. Not only have I had this happen, but I've requested numerous times if I could get the tech to be a regular so they'd get to know my property and that is not possible. Before I cancelled my service with them, I called multiple times asking for their service manager to call me as I was upset. Each time customer service would savvy I'd get a call within 48 hours and never did. I guess since Viking is owned by Anticimex a large corporation, theyv'e lost sight of customer service. I am very disappointed with Viking Pest, I would not recommend them. If I could give the no stars I would.

They did a good, fast job! I thought it would take longer but it was quick. Our problem was solved within a couple of days, which was pretty easy!
